I was impressed that you provided protection for the corners that would be in contact with your hoses. Your tech advised me in advance that he might not be able to improve certain areas of my carpet instead of making excuses after cleaning. As it was, the area that he questioned came up just fine. After the scheduling got straightened out, the experience was a positive one.
Your product and services WORK!! I have had my carpets cleaned by you guys 3x now and my carpets look great considering they are from 1997 and I never get the protection additive. I am a dog owner too.

Good technician who did a good job. Honored the price quote advertised and did not use a bait/switch strategy often used by your competitors. That is, you did not advertise one price and discover it actually was going to cost substantially more.

Efficent nd thoroygh
I've used Zerorez many times over the past two years. I have to say though, that I didn't feel as good of a job was done this time. The rug kept an odor and the couch didn't brighten up the way it has with previous cleans

Fair pricing and really great people
We loved zerorez in the past, but were very disappointed this time. Although the grout in the tile and the carpet looked very good after cleaning, there was an odor left behind in our house. It was a fragrance that we did not expect and did not want. Not sure, why. After over a week it is finally starting to fade. Secondly, the technician splashed some product or the hoses left some product on our dining table and on the wall in our piano room. In addition, although the technician wore booties, there were foot prints all over our wooden floors that were very visible to us. I had to polish (on my hands and knees )every room in the house that has wooden floors. My husband had to steam clean the tile floors after the technician left (no product, just steam) because he could see a residue. I am not sure what happened this time, because we have been huge fans of Zerorez in the past and have recommended your company to a few people. I doubt that we will use your company again unless you go back to your old and better ways.
