The carpet was cleaned very thoroughly by the Technician who came out and it dried very quickly compared to some other procedures I had. The clean-up after also was very professional. I will be recommending Zerorez to all my friends.
My carpets are very clean, however it took 3 days for them to dry, even with the air conditioner and fan running.

The extraction part seemed to do well. However in my family room there were two spots that have already come back as if never cleaned. This part is disappointing. Your service is more expensive than what we have used in the past so we were expecting better success.

I like getting the price up front with no surprises on the Bill. I also like how the technicians are very polite and considerate. I also like how they put an honest effort into cleaning the carpets in high traffic areas. they don't try to convince you that you need to pay for some kind of "special treatment" to clean these areas. They seem to be honest people and that's why I keep using them. I have two young children and ZEROREZ makes my carpet look like it did when I bought the place. If you are a reasonable person with reasonable expectations then you will be satisfied with the services they provide.

Again,customer service was great. But in the end, my grout was not able to be cleaned by your product. After spending quite a bit on this cleaning I will still need to hire another company to clean the grout.

Professional and courteous staff. Reminders sent regarding day/time of appointment. Ivan did great work, explained everything, and answered all questions. Offered other services, but I did not feel pressured to purchase.
The technician did not move any of the furniture. All we expected him to move was the big coffee tables in the den and living room and the vacuum out of the corner. (My husband said the vacuum definitely was not moved. I think he purposely set it in a certain position so he would know if the technician moved anything. He came back the second time and moved the big tables (we had sliders on the feet). We had moved the two end tables out from the corners of the big studio seating and I asked him to clean there. I did not watch or feel I needed to watch to make sure he cleaned there. After he finished I told him we would push these tables back. I did not realize until after he had left that he did not clean these two corners. It would have taken him another five minutes at the most. I am not taking the lamps, etc. off of them again. These corners will just not cleaned. I'm done. Please do not send the same technician out again. I think he does good work, where he cleans. Last year's technician did not mind moving furniture. Of course, my husband was available to help.
