Well the truth of the matter is the technician was really practical and knowledgeable about carpet and what to expect with my 16 year old
berber. I am very satisfied with the service but it was only because of the technician's explanation about how much I could expect or not expect in so far as results. I am glad I called and if I had not received a flyer in the mail I would not have called.

I especially like the courtesy and efficient employees who do a great job. If I can offer one suggestion. which is that the receptionist explain the additional cost if the room is larger than what your company defines as a standard room. I was not expecting the additional cost because one room was considered 2 rooms because of its being slightly larger.

The tile cleaning process

Carpets are still damp after almost 48 hours.....and please don't tell me it's because of humidity outside; I've had ceiling fans and A/C fan running for 2 days. Also some minor stains in bedroom still there.
