Price was reasonable. The cleaner arrived early and did a good job.
Your process is quick and thorough without chemical smell.
Product: The use of natural chemicals (e.g. citric acid) along with oxidizers (e.g. hydrogen peroxide) in conjuction with hot water worked amazingly well. Stains I thought would not come up were removed effortlessly.
Services: I loved how quick it was and that you did carpet and tile. I also thought the man who performed the service was outstanding. He was polite and knowledgable. I've already given your number to my parents and a colleague at work. My wife spread the word also.
