The tech was on time and professional and did a good job though our carpet still has some unsightly areas. I like the zerorez product and have had experience with it in the past in another state. My problem with and the reason why I would hesitate to recommend zerorez is because of the over priced up sold products. An extra $65.00 for odor control on one room outrageous in my humble opinion and $45.00 for stain protection that took the tech less then 5 minutes to apply crazy.

My rugs did have many dog stains and initially they were gone but seem to be coming back and even though the deodorizer was used and initially smelled very good now has an even more doggy smell.
