Clean product and great service

When the service was done, the carpets looked almost new with a bright blue color. They also felt new with feet sinking down into the pile. The technician was very friendly and willing to assist our needs.

My technician was fabulous. I think his name was Kendall. He came to my house in Ponte Vedra Beach on Friday at 11 am. He explained everything and I added an additional service. Thank you, Kendall.

First of all, we were to receive notification of arrival at least 30 minutes in advance. What we received was less than 5 minutes. Then, the constant efforts to up-sell a product or products we did not require or want made the entire process less than desirable. Furthermore, the personnel and their equipment resulted in wet grass strewn throughout our home. So, no I really cannot say I would recommend your service to anyone else.

They do a great job of getting stubborn stains out of carpets. One of my guests had an unfortunate incident with too much red wine and my carpet looked like a it had seen a bloody murder. Zerorez came out that week and got it all out. It took them a few tries but they did it! And my house is ready for more guests…maybe less wine served.

He also applied the odor control which was needed due to the pet stain that happened. I am very grateful of how hard he worked and he was successful! Anthony was so helpful. He explained the cleaning process to us and walked us through each room. We had some pet stains and he was able to remove the stains and deodorize the carpet and now the carpet looks new again. I will recommend Anthony to my friends!
