The carpet was too wet - especially on the stairs. After cleaning of the bar stools one had a spot on it that was not there prior to the cleaning. I may have been expecting too much for an old carpet but I thought it would perk it up more. I do not expect anything from you. Things don't always turn out as planned. I hold nothing against your company or anyone. David was personable and professional.
