A residue was left on our tile that required most of the afternoon to clean. We found numerous places where the hose and vacuum hose left spots on our wood and tile floors that did not just wipe off. After cleaning the tile was very wet and only a small towel was used to try and dry it.

The service person was very knowledgable and friendly. The service was very quick to schedule out appointment as well as the service itself was very quick too! The product was very clean smell a citrus smell that cleaned the carpets almost to new condition again and I have two kids under age of 4 and pets!! I was very pleased overall the service from start to finish and will use zerorez in the future and actually already recommended to close friends and family!!!

Your serviceman Ben Willis was prompt, efficient, thorough & friendly. He consulted with me about spot treatments; showed when a few stains were too stubborn or old to be removed, worked hard to make everything look new again.
They were on time, worked quickly but were efficient and effective in getting out the stains and dirt in my carpet. Very pleasant and friendly, also.

The price i was told wrong information
The tile cleaning products smell very good, but more importantly they work amazingly well! The service tech. was very friendly and knowledgeable. He walked me through everything. Not only was my house cleaner, but I learned a little something too.

The result speaks for itself! This was the second time I used your company and both the technician that came out and the work that were done were excellent..with one little caveat. We opted to have our ceramic tile shower cleaned this time. Though the carpet turned out excellent as before, the shower did not. Your technician worked very hard on the shower but your process just did not remove all of the scale, etc. that was on the tile. I have always cleaned the shower myself so I know how stubborn the scale is (I have to use very fine sandpaper to get it off!!) In any case, this by no means makes me feel any different about your company..you are still number one in my book when it comes to cleaning carpet and upholstery!
