pricing was not what I thought it was going to be.
Great service, friendly and professional staff. This is third time we have used and will again!
The carpet was too wet - especially on the stairs. After cleaning of the bar stools one had a spot on it that was not there prior to the cleaning. I may have been expecting too much for an old carpet but I thought it would perk it up more. I do not expect anything from you. Things don't always turn out as planned. I hold nothing against your company or anyone. David was personable and professional.

We have some stubborn stains on our carpets. I have had zero Rez repeat the cleaning of two rooms and they look better but the stains are still visable. I have been very pleased with the technicians. Maybe the cleaning formula could be strengthened or reformulated(?).

Exceeded our expectations! Red wine and coffee stains came out of our white Berber carpet. We were amazed as the stains had been there for a long time. Appreciate the knowledge and explanation how ZeroRez cleans oriental rugs, which we have entrusted 8 of our rugs to your care to clean.

Servicemen called ahead to let me know when he was on his way, right on time. He explained what he was doing and was very courteous. Always a pleasure when working with zerorez.
Austin did an excellent job. There was one spot that had a lot of soil and he was able to get it out. This is my 2nd experience with Zerorex and both were very good. Next time I call I will be requesting Austin.

Zerorez is a very professionally run company: scheduling the appointment, receiving confirmation, timely arrival, pleasant employees, upfront estimate of services, etc. It costs a lot of money to have everything cleaned but I feel like it stays clean so much longer than others.
the technician was friendly, but the cleaning was not what I expected. We used zerorez in Minnesota and they were very effective. Here the tile cleaning was not to the edges. In foyer a brown spot was not removed was told it would not come up I removed it witn a fingernail.

The technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. It was also a big plus that the carpet was cleaned mid morning and we were able to walk on it barefooted by 6:00 that evening - it had dried completely - and we have very thick pile carpet!
Our couches and chairs still have the vacuum lines that show different colors - meaning you can see where the dirt was lifted and where it wasn't as well as It simply does not look clean. This furniture is only a few months old and just very disappointed with the outcome :-(
