I was able to get a next day appointment. Mitch called to let me know he was on his way. He was on time, did a great job, was professional and very pleasant. He cleaned four rooms of carpet and my sectional. I was very happy with the results! I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to friends and family.
No residue or chemicals
The two boys who cleaned our carpets were extremely polite and helpful. They explained how the cleaning process worked and were finished in only an hour. Would definitely use you all again! Our carpets look amazing! I don't cringe anymore when I walk into the back bedrooms. They were pretty bad...lol!

Zerorez did a terrific job on our 16 year old carpet. Believe it or not, it almost looks brand new.
