Fast service, great results.
The young man who came was very polite and attentive. He walked the area of carpet I need cleaned and pointed out areas where the carpet would be clean but still have some discoloration due to wear. After he finished he walked with me over the entire area to make certain that I was satisfied. He cleaned up promptly leaving everything in place.

I've used Zerorez for many years and always had success with the cleaning. This time, our carpets and floors sustained a lot of dirty foot traffic after Hurricane Matthew, and I was concerned if the stains could all be removed. After Zeroez cleaned them, they looked amazing! Robert cleaned our floors this visit and was VERY polite and professional. Thank you for making our floors look beautiful again.
