I Loved that my carpets weren't soaking wet when service was done and my carpets were dried after a few hours!

I recommended you to my seller (I am the listing agent). He was very disturbed by the lack of communication. He felt that he was being "upsold". He and I gave an accurate description of what was needed prior to you going to the property....he was given a price...once there, he was told that it would be more money, etc. I am not sure I can recommend Zerorez again since it's a reflection of me and the service I strive to give. =(
The closets in the master bedroom and the chase lounge still has water rings on it.

They answered all of our questions thoroughly, worked efficiently and left with kind words, and not a trace of them having been there except a clean and fresh carpet.
