He cleaned the entire house, two small rugs and provided recommendations for larger rugs. The carpets were spotless and fresh! Getting an online appointment was very fast and easy. Your tech, Russell arrived at my home on time and prepared. He explained the process completely. I did have some staining around the skirting of my sofa and chair so he suggested that he clean the skirt of the chair and if I was not completely satisfied with the cleaning processing he would pack up and leave without a charge. Russell did a great job cleaning my sectional and chair I was more than happy with job he did. The drying time was less than four hours. Russell was very polite and professional. I will recommend Zerorez to my family and friends.

At this point, I have streaks and lighter and darker ,marks where the cleaning tool would stop its sweep in the carpet. The technician told me at the completion that they were where there were spots that were more damp. It is definitely dry and we still have the color variations. I was going to call and send a picture on Monday morning.
