My carpets are cleaner, but they dont look clean to me. I was not present when they were cleaned and thought that when I arrived home they would look clean. I had to remember how they were dirtier before the cleaning in to make myself feel better about the service. But I am disappointed that they still look dirty. I don’t feel the need to take my shoes off when I walk into my house bc the carpet looks so fresh and clean. It just looks less dirty to me. I have never had my carpets cleaned before (we lived in a trailer before we built our house a few years ago), so perhaps I have unrealistic expectations. But at this point I regret spending the money on this service. If it still looks dirty to after paying $100+, I would have been fine to save the money and accept that I’ll have to endure that feeling until we can afford hardwood floors. At this point I wouldn't tell people that zerorez doesn't clean carpets well (I don't know if anyone could do better bc I have nothing to compare it to). I would just tell people to save the money accept the fact that once a carpet is dirty, it may forever stay dirty and if they wanted to try professionally cleaning them, to try someone else and maybe they’d luck out and find a company that can make a dirty carpet feel clean once more.

The staff is courteous and customer focused; they arrive on schedule; the technicians are knowledgeable and efficient; they do a great job cleaning. Couldn’t ask for more. Russell was great!
The associate was nice and answered my questions. I was not impressed with the cleanliness of the job and even after a biological treatment(areas were not bad to begin with) the carpet still smelled the next day. I’m not convinced the extra I paid for did anything.

Professionalism thoroughness technical knowledge
I cannot say enough good things about this company. They have always done an outstanding job for me over the past 8 years. But, recently I had some bad pet stains as a result of my dog being ill. James came out and cleaned a couch, chair and rug and did an amazing job. My furniture and carpet look brand new. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and did an awesome job. I was so impressed with a conscientious job that zerorez people did in my home. The tile and grout on my floors looks like new and I’m anxious to have it sealed as soon as possible. Also, they cleaned my nasty recliner and it looks wonderful. Incidentally, it is electric and the dampness prevented it from working correctly before they left. I know they were concerned but they ought to know it works perfectly and, as I said, it looks beautiful.
