I already filled out a survey. It was fairly lengthy so I would like for you to look it up. Honestly, I am not very interested in re-recording it. Suffice it to say the guys that were here were absolutely fantastic.
We had a soda and chair cleaned on November 23. Matthew did a great job. He spot cleaned both and they are now clean and refreshed.

I. Was spending over $900 and I felt like when I selected items on the site it wasn’t clear it did or did not include a complete clean. The technician was nice just felt with this big of a job he should have had assistance and that is on the back office not him. This was our second year using your service and as a returning customer I felt I was charged a lot more this year. We like to support our local companies, but not sure I will call you again next year. That is related to pricing and scheduling - and should not be reflected on the technician-he did a great job.
