Quality and professionalism of technician.
All of the information the two guys shared with me about what they were doing and and why.
We had all of our carpets cleaned recently before we moved into our new home because the prior home owners had a cat and my family is allergic to them. We had Brad and he did a wonderful job and he was very helpful and professional! We highly recommend Zerorez! We love that they use safe and chemical free products!

Carpeting looks great.
We had the carpet cleaned in 4 rooms , with the living area being the dirtiest of all. They all came out looking brand new and we also had the pet stain and Scotch Guard treatment in the living area. the service technician, Matthew, arrived promptly, as scheduled, and was very professional and knowledgeable. He offered recommendations and also advised on maintenance after the services were performed. We are glad that we chose ZEROREZ for the services that we required. I would recommend to anyone who may be curious and we will continue to use in the future.

Good carpet cleaning
I was left with yellow streaks on my carpet in the hallway where I had a “treatment” done for high traffic area and when I called back to have someone come back out, the guy came and redid the area but the stains remain and he told us that the stains were there, which they were not and he has the photos to prove it. So now I have yellow streaks that are stains in my hallway between the bedrooms on the 2nd floor. Not happy at all, especially since he blamed me for the floors being like that when the pictures prove otherwise.

The job gets done very well, but more than that the employees are phenomenal.
Shoe covers should be worn at all times when walking on carpet and should be taken off when going outside and put back on when re-entering the home. Shoes shouldn't be uncovered during cleaning. It defeats the purpose of cleaning for if your dirty shoes are tracking additional dirt through the house. I'll have to have my carpet re-cleaned to feel that it's clean again.
