Love the way my carpet looks afterward
Professional employees and they do a great job and have great prices.
Very friendly, professional, clean and timely. Focused treatment and care with a gentle spirit toward all the family members. Quality is excellent. Fresh, non-chemical smell with resolution of 98% of all stains. Carpet dried quickly without any residual odor.

The guy who cleaned the carpets, Gerrard was very nice & did a very good job. He explained everything before he did the job. I have a small dog so I want a carpet cleaning company that will do a good job. I am very pleased with Zerorez.

The combination of Zerorez and an excellent Tech removed stains that I didn't think would come out. Ivan was on time, thorough, and had a very pleasant attitude.

I needed to have my carpet cleaned as soon as possible, and Zerorez came out the next day! Other companies couldn’t schedule for a week. Very glad I called them because Collin did an excellent job on our carpet and tile! I wasn’t sure if we would be able to get the stains out from the previous owner, but when he was done the carpet looked new again and the grout was white again!! I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Zerorez seriously cares about their customers! After having one very nice man come out, I had a few things I mentioned on my survey I thought could have been done better. I got a phone call the very same day from a woman asking if they could come back out and try to make it right. She put me back on their schedule for a follow-up visit. Two young men came out today, were also very polite, did a very thorough cleaning of what I needed touched up, showed me everything they did and made sure I was happy with everything. I will definitely be using Zerorez again! Thank you for caring about your customers and making sure they're satisfied. Your service is phenomenal.
the technician was very professional, and he did a great job on my rugs. I would like to have him next time I clean my rugs. my rugs looked brand new when he finished, I wish I could show you a before and after photo. he was very knowledgeable about the stain stuff he carries in the van.
