I have been using Zerorez for several years without any issues and have been very happy with the service. This last time when I asked for the 3 room special that had never been an issue before, I got a lecture about one of the rooms being a little larger than the standard and that next time I would be charged more (four rooms instead of three). Again, this had never been an issue in the past.

I like the fresh smell of the cleaning solution and the service technicians were very professional and overall did a great job. There were a couple of stubborn areas and streaks in the carpet after the initial cleaning, that they gladly came back and did a re-clean of those areas. Thank you!
