They came to my home promptly. Since it was a 9x7’ rug they suggested it be taken to the shop for a real deep cleaning. We will get it delivered after Thanksgiving. Anxious to see finished product!!

Casey shared the variety of services Zerorez provides besides carpet, - tile grout and sealing, granite cleaning etc. He was very proficient and had already worked a full day and then came to service us. I love that when Casey was finished, the carpet looked like new and wasn’t so saturated that it took too long to dry. I would definitely use them again!

When I called to set my appointment, the scheduler asked what I wanted done, then put me on hold to find out how to best suit my needs at the best value - putting money into my pocket instead of theirs - unheard of! Then when our technician came, he went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the results. He even brought in a carpet dryer to make sure one spot that had come back after a different company had cleaned the carpet was not going to reappear after drying. I was very pleased with the end results and would definitely recommend Zerorez to others!

James H., the technician, was wonderful. He was very respectable and very accommodating. I am older and needed help in moving a few pieces of furniture, but James told me not to worry about it, he would take care of everything.
He did a fantastic job, no mess at all (no evidence at all of any water) and it looks so good, a friend of mine thought I got new tile! There should be more people like James out there. He deserves high praise. James made this process so much easier on me. Thank you again, James!!
