Nick our service tech was knowledgeable and provided a few options for one of our area rugs. He also diligently and successfully cleaned a few areas of our upholstery and rugs that were what I thought beyond being stain free. I could not believe his persistence and skill provided a stain free result:) Beyond pleased with the work Nick did:)
The customer service rep on the phone was very friendly and accommodating. The service person was also very nice. He did the job quickly and efficiently. I’ve used your company before, will use it again. Keep up the advertising on conservative radio, too.
The customer service was excellent. From the ease of scheduling (online) to the confirmation call the next day to the professionalism of the service tech. Everything was explained and the job they did was fantastic. I will definitey use them again and recommend them to everyone know.

I wish I had taken "before & after" photos. Jeff did a great job, and thoroughly explained the process as well as potential issues, given the age and condition of the carpets in my deceased parents' dated old home. Jef did a remarkable "makeover" and I am delighted with the results!

I have been a customer for at least 8 yrs. Your personnel are excellent. Personality plus and very knowledgeable about their equipment and services.
All of Our treated tile had residue and the gentleman (who was very nice) tracked that residue all over our wood floors. We spent last night and this morning cleaning the tile that we spent hundreds of dollars to clean and our wood floors that were not supposed to be touched.
We were very disappointed by the experience, but do not need you to make things right. We just want to inform you.
I am so pleased with the results of the cleaning of my rug and couch. I would definitely recommend Zerorez!

The technician that did the work for me was efficient & accommodating. I asked about cleaning stone when he arroyo clean rugs/carpet and he immediately calculated an additional price for the stone floors. I was surprised at how reasonable and when asked when that could be done I was even more surprised when he told me he could do it while already here! My home looks beautiful!

The Technicians were professional, thorough, and effective.
I paid to have all the carpets cleaned and all the tile in the living room and kitchen cleaned in addition - you charged me $100 to clean to bathroom enclosure / tile. I paid cash of $570 total. I did take pictures of the following: the carpet was so saturated (which I was told your company left almost dry when the technician was done). The carpet was not dry for a minimum of 14 hours. The water left on the floor tiles (which I have pictures of) were puddles! When they puddles dried - there was stains left on the floor. We spent over 3 hours cleaning the stains off the floors. There was white residue left on both the bathroom tiles - which should have been removed. Because of the quality of work and the time involved in the what you did - I never want to have you back - and left a message of the same - do not send the same technician back, which if whoever listened to the message would not have suggested sending the same tech back for obvious reasons, if he could not do it right the first time, why would I bother!!!- I might have considered a redo, if the representative suggested sending the supervisor to redo the job. But did not. I want a minimum of $300 back as a refund - I will never refer Zeroez - if I have a chance I will tell anyone the below grade work you do and the lack of proper follow up!! I have been in property management for over 30 years and I have never experienced such bad service (follow up) and poor quality work!
