Ammon was very polite and thorough. He did everything I asked and made sure to answer all of my questions. He did an excellent job!
The young man that did it was just so nice and polite, and by the way he brought in a package by my door for me. He is to be commended to being so nice. Cleaning was GREAT, have used you folks for several years and always so pleased. Highly recommend to all.

Henry, the Zerorez technician, was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He answered all my questions and respected my property. I'd give him a 10 out of 10, he is a credit to himself and his company.
There was an issue with the initial service performed but Zerorez was quick to address and fix the issue the following day. The work performed was high quality.

Should have been told that you do not do Saltillo tile before you arrived.
Carpets look great and they were done with care and professionalism.
Carpet was very wet and it didn't appear to pick up much. I vacumed ahead of time and the process didn't pick up any air. I think it would take more than 1 quick pass to clean it.
Rod was very prompt & courteous! Explained the process for each area he cleaned.
ON TIME AND WILLING TO LISTEN TO THE DESIRES OF THE CLIENT. EXPLAINED EVERY ANSWER TO MY QUESTIONS AND SINCERELY TRIED TO DO SATISFY MY NEEDS. BOTH MEN EXPRESSED ONE LAST QUESTION - "IS THERE SOMETHING WE CAN DO TO EARN YOUR SATISFACTION?" THERE WASN'T!!
Professionalism, attention to detail quality of work
I really liked the technology and my technician. He was polite, courteous and friendly. The final result was great! I just wish I had sealed my grout when I first closed on my new construction 3 years ago.
