Your technician, Rod, was prompt (in fact he called to ask if he could come 15 minutes early for an 11am appointment), efficient, friendly, and informative. He is a plus to your organization.
My only concern is drying time. That did take longer than we expected and didn't feel comfortable to put our home back in order until the following day.
