Excellent customer service
Don was my service provider and he did an excellent job of cleaning my rugs. Before cleaning, Don explained how the process worked to unearth the dirt in my carpets without leaving a residue. He also wanted to know about specific trouble spots and set clear expectations on what I could expect, when finished, Don asked me to inspect each room because he wanted me to be satisfied with the work. Minor areas were pointed out to him and he redid the clean without complaint. I’m more than pleased with the outcome. My carpets look renewed.
I will use them again.

Chip was very knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with. He provided excellent service and gave great recommendations on how to treat our grout being it was previously sealed. He pointed out the spots where the seal had come up and recommended we steam it one or two more times before re-grouting/sealing.
Very good service. Arrived on time, finished in the time allotted and even put wall protectors up when doing the hard to reach rooms.
I had a dryer vent cleaned. I couldn't be home, but my parents were there to greet him. The tech was prompt, friendly and efficient. He explained everything and took pictures and videos that he sent to me to show the work he was doing. Well above expectations. Thank you.

There are several things that I like:
1) Communication was great. Excellent pre service follow up and excellent communication from the technician on the day of the appointment
2) The service was performed when it was scheduled and was done in a timely and efficient manner
3) The technician was friendly, courteous and professional
4) I am a repeat customer and the results are far better than other companies that I've used
I was scheduled to have 6 dining chairs and 4 kitchen chairs cleaned. Unfortunately the dining chairs were not able to be clean because you use water. I was disappointed that there wasn't another way to remove the pollen that had built up into the fabric.
The kitchen were cleaned.

I bought a home with Air quality so bad we couldn't sleep there. The previous owners had 2 big dogs they didn't clean up after. The hair and gunk in the air vents was repugnant. Zero Rez showed up to save the day. They were prompt, courteous and efficient. Our technician was very knowlwedgable. Most importantly, now we can breathe. Thank you Zero Rez!!!

Lou did an awesome job with carpet cleaning and tile cleaning. My carpet was in bad shape and it is 100% better. The tile grout was back to normal color. I can not say enough positives about how well everything came out. Lou was very kind and very professional
