I have used ZeroRes several times and have always been happy with the results. Customer service is great making the appointment is simple the communication is done really well. Confirmation and and arrival time is great. The young men that have come and cleaned my carpets have always been professional and friendly and thorough. They explain the process beforehand and ask if there’s anything extra that needs to be done I’ll use them again and again.

The first guy took his time and blow dry it, the 2nd guy just skip threw it, didn't even blow dry it, I just think when the carpet not dirty, they should just spend more time on the heavy soil area, but I will reach out to them the next, hopefully I will smile
I like that Zerorez called me about my estimate and took time to find the best package to fit my needs. You seem to care even though everyone is short staffed and busy right now. Very refreshing

This was our first time using your services. And I have to say, Jemoine Lewis, your technician, was wonderful! He called just before 8 to say he was on his way. Very friendly, professional and personable when he arrived. Always had a wonderful smile! Discussed our carpet needs along with questions about our other flooring without being a 'cram it down your throat' sales person. He was thorough and efficient! We did as he said and all our carpet was dry in 4-5 hours! Because of Jermoine we will definitely be using your services again, making certain we schedule with him! Thank you Jermoine Lewis!!!
It took 2 days to dry and sadly they were not able to get a piece of my furniture clean. I feel for the price I paid I should have had better results
