objectively my experience was unsatisfactory. The carpet was still wet after 24 hours. The technician told me it would be dry after 5 hours. The E-mail I got from Zerorez pror to the cleaning stated that it would be 6-8 hours to dry. The job was completed at 9:30 AM the day of the cleaning. The following day I was able to reach the Manager (Mike) and he was able to shuffle his schedule to get someone to come out to the house and facilitate drying the carpet. The technician who came out used two large blow dryers and a grooming brush. I did appreciate that effort by the Manager.
