The service was great! The technician arrive at right at the beginning of the allotted window so I didn’t have to sit around all day. He was friendly and kind! He did a very fantastic job!
Employees are the best
The two micro-fiber sofas had mixed results. Arm rests and backs were lightened and uniformly clean.
Seated cushioned micro-fiber leg areas came out worn and darker than original condition?
The tech spent extended time in this area.
At the end, he cleaned 4 Sofa pillows, Two of which are now permanently stained with the same streaks of dark coloring that affect the leg areas of the sofas.
Scheduling was quick and easy. The service man was professional and did an outstanding job on our sofa, chair and rugs.

From first contact to arrange the appointment, until the job was completed, I was very satisfied with the entire procedure. Ramiro called 10 min before his arrival. While he was setting up, Carter explained what they were going to do. They were very polite and respectful of my property. It was a pleasure doing business with them. Their workmanship was beyond satisfaction and I would definitely recommend Zerorez for air duct cleaning and disinfecting.
