MY WIFE AND I WERE PLEASANTLY SUPRISED WITH THE CARPET CLEANING WE RECEIVED ON 2/8/2022.
IT WAS RAINY, COLD DAY. THE SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE TOOK EXTRA CARE NOT TO DRAG WET HOSES ETC. INTO OUR HOME OVER WOOD FLOORS AND CARPETS.
HE WAS VERY POLITE AND EFFICIENT.
HE ANSWERED OUR QUESTIONS AND OFFERED SUGGESTIONS.
THE JOB WAS DONE, OUR CARPETS LOOKED LIKE NEW AND YOU COULDN'T TELL THAT HE WAS EVER HERE. THIS EMPLOYEES GETS ALL STARS.
The techs are very professional, have very good work ethic. Very thorough in cleaning. The tiles in my condo look great, been given a second life. The sofa and recliner cleaned up well too. No harsh chemical smells. Would highly recommend and will use them again in the future.

I have used Zerorez in GA for many years. Moved here and decided I should try and was happy with my results. Logan was very careful with my home, took his time to make sure that the hoses weren't scratching the walls. My rugs look great. Will be reaching out to have me tile floors cleaned next.
Zerorez finished a deep clean of my entire home and it looks so wonderful! Feels like I have new furniture, rugs and tile. I'm very appreciative of the time and care that gave me this look.

Kendall did a very nice job. He was unable to get all the coffee stains out, but he was conscious and gave it a good effort. We are still in a little bit of a shock about the cost of the service. Last time we paid $129 for 4 rooms. This time we were quoted $189 and with the “needed” add-ons it was $315. The price has really gone up for 2 hours of work.
As a result of your technician Rod and your equipment and products my carpets are as good as new. Our home was new construction in April 2020 so that is saying a lot. We also have a dog so kudos to Rod ans Zerorez.

From the time I called for information to the time that my technician Jerome left, they were helpful polite courteous and very informative. My technician Jerome explained everything in detail that he was going to do, he was helpful on suggestions and did an excellent excellent job. If I have other work that I need to have done I would request for Jerome to return
I have used Zerorez many times and am always happy with their service. However, Kendall went above and beyond this last time to ensure that my mattress was extra clean! Not only did he do a great job and leave everything looking brand new, but he was so friendly.
