The technician did a wonderful job and was very courteous and knowledgeable and yes I will use this company again.
Rod was very helpful as he knew the system very well, I would recommend him and your company to others. I just had our carpet cleaned and it was not clean. After rod cleaned carpet it is very clean as my wife gave it the white socks test . NO DIRT also carpet is 15 years old.

I like using Zerorez because it gets the job done with very low chemicals. Leaves the place with no perfumes. Very clean and natural feel. Employees are always so professional and courteous.

I have used cleaning services before but they do not compare to the quality and time you all took. My carpet, my upholstery, my tile and grout turned out superb. It all feels sooo clean and I I just could not be happier. Lou was amazing, explained everything. Answered every question. Spent over two hours on just my couch alone(its a big one). I have had it cleaned before but NOTHING compared to the time and care Lou took.
I am so thankful I chose you guys. I will use you again and again.

Yhe technician did a goof job
The Tech who serviced me was trying to sell me something I really didn't need. First he wanted to charge me extra for some carpet fiber's that were on the carpet stating that they don't have vacuum cleaners on their work trucks but you are a carpet cleaning company? So he charged me $40.00 extra for that. Then he charged me extra for a forth room saying that my living room was oversized and that it didn't qualify for the 3 rooms special but I thought the forth room was free ( inclusive). Even after paying extra for the room and the vacuuming he couldn't even move my stove over 5ft into the kitchen so the spot under the stove can be clean. I know it wasn't cleaned because the carpet was not wet under the stove area and some empty flooring boxes weren't move and carpet fiber were still in the corner of the room. I will not use this company again. I know this because I came back into town that evening and checked on the property and this is what I found.
And just tom think I was referred by the family member that I work really close with Jason Crittenden. And I have several other properties that I was going to call Zerorez for but now Zero calls for Zerorez from Me....
That rep just lost you a customer..... ugh. bummer.
