I asked the tech if we needed to add towels or pads under the runners and he said it wouldn’t get that wet, but it did and I had them on wood floors and the floors were very damp. They didn’t dry out for 24 hours and the 8x10 rug was very crunchy which I have read should not happen. Very nice tech bu sounds like too much soap/water was used.
A clean well they smell good employed for the most part except when we had I think two visits ago I’ve been fantastic in this latest gentleman was great

We recently had three rooms of tile cleaned. Cameron did an excellent job! He was very professional and personable. My floors look amazing!
Service was fantastic. My couch looks 100x better. The technician explained the process with me and explained how dog oil can stain, but he did such a good job getting 99% of it out.

The tech, Jarrett (I think I'm spelling his name correctly) was professional, informative, compassionate, kind and an exemplary worker. He explained every process he was using, was honest about the problems my carpets presented and gave me a quick and accurate quote for the job cost. I was impressed! He also did the job alone but it definitely required at least one more tech. He's a great worker and deserves a raise!

Easy to make an appointment. Called before appointment to confirm and arrived on time. Friendly, professional service. Answered all questions with clear and understandable explanations. Took every precaution to protect home using towels and wall protection. Tile floors were very clean. The grout was greatly improved. Would highly recommend.

AMMON BENNION & CARTER COOPER are highly professional employees. They came to my home and treated it was their own. Very respectful very kind and very caring. They explain the procedure for cleaning the air duct, and I was so pleased that they even videotaped what they saw from the rooftop. They offered other services while they were here as well as asked me if there was anything else that they could help me with during their visit. The owners of Zerorez should be confident in moving these two gentlemen up the ladder within their company. They went above and beyond what was required by even assisting me in making sure all the dust was off the floor in my laundry room before they left. It would be my privilege to promote this company within my neighborhood of 975 homes to use Zerorez for their cleaning and services. the only reason i had you guys come out was to professional clean and remove stains from some vintage tile in my bathroom i'm rennovating. due to the minimum trip $$ amount i opted for two rooms of carpet to be cleaned (brand new carpet... really didn't need it). The guy did the bathroom and said he can't make it any cleaner than it is. so basically it was a waste and I still had to have him do the carpets that didn't need cleaning and pay the $150+. kind of dissapointed, especially since the last time I had you guys out to clean a stain in another room of carpet I showed the guy the bathroom tile and told him what i wanted and he said he could brighten it up no problem. I guess he was wrong. We also found that the room of carpet the last guy cleaned he didn't put any pads under the bed frame (metal antique brass bed) which left rust stains on the carpet that won't come out. pretty upset to have brand new carpet that didn't need to be cleaned and because we did, it now has stains. pretty bummed about that too.
Super easy to schedule and our couch looks great afterwards.

Rug cleaning quick and more efficient (better results) than doing myself with my rug cleaner. Zerorez tech on time, polite, professional, did great job. Dont like that smaller area rug over double cost cleaning wall-to-wall carpet. Be sure to move furniture if u want rug underneath cleaned. Technician did move 2 heavy chairs for me. Overall very satisfied.

I have used this company before and have been very pleased, although I do think the technician missed a small area on one of my chairs that he cleaned. I did send pictures of missed area.
Henry Mercedes was so accommodating - when he arrived we had a power outage and my dogs were a bit annoying to deal with! He was so helpful and did such a wonderful job! Would totally have him back again since my tile looks fabulous!
