We’ve used Zerorez many times over the years. Mostly for carpet cleaning. Most recently though I needed a couch cleaned. The technician was prompt, explained everything about the process of cleaning and the protectant available as well. Knowing I have young kiddos and a puppy, the protectant was a no brainer. I love that the solutions used are safe for my kiddos and my puppy. I will forever call on Zerorez for my deep cleaning needs! Thanks again!

Matthew was outstanding. He gave me an estimate and stuck to it. He told me the options but didn't press me. He explained what problem areas most likely could not be fixed and what could. He could not have been more accommodating. Matthew and Zerorez were recommended to me by a neighbor. I will recommend them to others.
