The service man did not move items or beds. he simply worked around the beds, dresser and nightstands. He didn't even move a plastic chair mat from the carpet. Although he was nice enough, it was my perception that he didn't really want to work. Disappointed
Did an OK job in main area. Did not clean an area that was requested even when asked if it was completed and it was included in the estimate. The cost did not match the result. The technician was talking on the cell phone the entire time. Not at all what I expected.

Did a great job on the tile. Looked brand new. Carpets came out clean as well.
Just moved into a new construction home. I scheduled to get my rugs cleaned and then realized after trying to mop the tile floors 3x that whatever was on it wasn't coming off. So, I asked to get my tiles cleaned and sealed, then it was realized that it was grout haze so we had to reschedule so that the job was done correctly! Felipe was awesome and showed me great customer service from the very beginning. I felt he was very honest and I liked that he was just as particular as I was with my home. I definitely recommend Zerorez for the professionalism and outstanding job! Now my tiles look as they should and I felt at ease moving my furniture in. And also, my rugs are nice and clean too!
Easy to get an appointment. Agent discusses pricing over the phone so there are no surprises. Technicians are well trained, polite and respectful of your property. The process seems gentle yet thorough. Very pleased with the results.

Convenient and it works
The technicians were polite, explained everything they were going to do, wore a mask and shoe coverings and cleaned up afterwards .very satisfied customer!!!
They were very considerate of the property and explained what they were doing. The only problem I had occurred after they had left the premises. Debris came down from the ceiling vents once the air conditioning began to flow again in the house.
The team was great. Took before and after pictures. Courteous, polite, took time to explain everything and answer questions and cleaned up.
