The Experience was great.
Tech was friendly and very knowledgeable you can tell he truly cared about doing a fantastic job. We just moved into a new home and the tile was very neglected and filthy. Our tech took the time to ensure it came clean and that I was happy with our service. Will definitely call for future needs.

I ordered your service. The technician to the house 2 1/2 hours early, he was in a hurry and spilled something from his machine that stained and destroyed my carpet. His supervisor came out to fix it and could not then another supervisor came out and try to fix it and could not as well. They all in unison lied and did not take responsibility for the technicians action.
You can make this right by replacing the carpet’s that you destroyed.
Not only will I not recommend zeroRez, I’ll make sure they know what you did, then recommend another company.
