I am beyond ecstatic about everything! Although I know my carpets need to be replaced, Nicholas and Major made sure they will go on for awhile longer, looking so much better that it's amazing! Additionally, I had stairs and one bedroom cleaned about 6 months ago with the regular steam cleaning method by another cleaning company, and the carpet actually looked worse than before they did it. So this cleaning by Zero Rez was a real miiracle! And your prices are so reasonable. I believe you should advertise how different your system is from the other carpet cleaning methods. As it was, I didn't know anything about your company until a friend of ours had his done by you and raved about how great it was!

Your technician called to say he could arrive earlier than expected. That was great. Austin arrived, polite, cheerful & professional. Did a walk through & we added on 3 bedrooms & upstairs foyer. He began work immediately, did a thorough and meticulous job. Afterwards, he did recommend the spray sealant, which we added on.
Zerorez seems to hire & always sends great people. Austin was terrific, a real credit to your company, and an asset. Carpets look fantastic.
Carpet cleaning
The technician called during the promised time window to give me an estimated arrival time which was accurate. He arrived, listened to my requests, and made his assessment. He carefully set up to ensure his hoses would not damage my walls and paint and he got to work. Less than an hour later, I had clean carpets and he was on his way. Great product and great service.
Kevin Bui did a wonderful job and he explained everything and answered all my questions.He is a very kind young man and a hard worker! The tile looked great when he finished !

I liked your agent Dale T. He was professional and looked like he walked out of a fashion magazine. Clean uniform and clean cut man. I liked his explanation of what he was going to do before he cleaned the carpet, then tile and sealed the grout. The carpet looks terrific and so does the tile and grout. I like that the solution was vacuumed up and not like our pervious carpet company Chem Dry. I will definitely use your company again. My wife and I are very pleased with your products and service. Kendal got here early, after calling to see if that was ok, came in and measured the room, gave me a quote, then got very busy for the next three hours, non-stop!The carpet is as clean as i'ts ever been since we've been having it cleaned. Super nice job. You;ll be pleased with this company!!
