While I appreciate learning about all the services you offer, using a commission structure is really a thing of the past and leads to service people pressuring customers. Cameron was extremely polite and not at all like this, but I would have preferred a brochure be left. I was very happy with all aspects of the job he did and would absolutely have used Zero Rez for additional services if I needed them.
Again, Cameron is great, I would rate him 10-10. I will be requesting him specifically for future services if I decide to continue with ZeroRez. Just wanted you to know the commission aspect is not a great idea. It’s why I only use Carnax and not car dealerships.

I'm not sure if a solvent or cleaning agent is supposed to be used on floor grout but it didn't work. I got the uncleaned grout cleaned with some good Ole baking soda and vinegar but I should have to go behind your work. I am not apposed to you trying to clean the areas again but a refund too will be fine as well.
I’m so glad I called Zerorez for my ac duct cleaning! It was better than I planned on. It was super affordable as well, and I even had an air purifier installed before they left! Ramiro was very knowledgeable and guided me through the whole process start to finish. He went above and beyond and I’m so pleased with his work. Our home has never felt cleaner and I will call them back without hesitation for other household jobs in the future!

Jermoine did a super job and paid extra attention to problem areas of the carpet. He was careful to protect out belongings. The product does not leave any residue and the carpet feel comfortable under foot and the house smells fresh and clean.
