Great service and great results!
The young man that cleaned my tiles was very professional, but he was also very courteous and friendly. He did a great job on my tiled floors and answered all my questions very patiently.
I purchased a 16 year old home and do not know when if ever the tiles were last cleaned. I was amazed at how beautifully Zerorez treatment brought my tiles back to life, especially the grout. The floors look like new. Thank you Zerorez.

Technician was prompt, courteous and actually was able to clean some heavy staining that I wasn't expecting that he would be able to do too much with. We discussed using pet odor neutralizer and decided on only one of the rooms, and it was a big help. Carpet looks like it did the week it was installed and we are delighted. Will use again next time.

Jacob did an outstanding job! He texted us before hand saying that he could come a little early which actually worked very well for us. He arrived promptly when he said he would and set the expectations with me before he started. The tile came out looking completely different and far exceeded our expectations! After he finished cleaning the tile he took a towel and wiped all the edges and that just made it look even better! Jacob went above and beyond and I will always recommend Zerorez to anyone!

Service was great. Technicians were polite, clean, and pleasant. The work on most areas were great except there were stains that they weren’t able to get out. And our cushions have streaks from them cleaning them which make them look worse than they did before the cleaning.
