Friendly and helpful with problems areas on the carpet
I was interviewed by one of your technicians when he cam to clean the carpet . I didn't have time to do what I normally would have done.as.i.was.leavi g the residence the next day. I was asked what did I do for work after he entered the residence . If it had been a regular.cleaning I would have politely canceled the cleaning .
The Technician was on time, the finished carpet looks great. We discussed which rooms I wanted to be cleaned and the job was completed in about 1 hour. Very nice guy very efficient.

the technician was thorough, helpful, and extremely knowedgeable.
For your technicians to wear shoes to protect them from falling. Barry almost fell several times in my house and made me very nervous! I did say to him not to fall! Also I didn’t like the fact that he uses my kitchen sink to rinse out that dirty mop!!
Easy to set up an appointment. Cleaning team arrived on time and walked the area to be cleaned. They performed the task and were in/out in a timely matter. Outstanding job from beginning to end. Highly recommend.
Crew was very professional and patient. They did good job in the open areas but missed some spots on tight corners and around the toilet. I don’t recall them using another cleaning machine other than the one for open areas.
