The technician was awesome, super polite and did an amazing job. We never thought our carpets could look this good, we thought they needed replacing! But now they are clean. The grout on my tiled shower floor also came out great.
I had carpet cleaned on stairs and upstair bedrooms. It cleaned up very nicely.

Start to finish a very good experience. Technician tested my wool and viscose area rug for suitability for cleaning in place before starting which was nice instead of just diving in and perhaps having a problem (result was it was safe and now it looks amazing).
Neat, clean, efficient and wonderful results on all rugs cleaned both area and wall-to-wall. Definitely will use again!
The guys were great- my carpets and tile looks so much better. They know what they were doing and I love that there is no residue when they were done. Making this a must yearly refresh.
