Last week we had Cameron who did an EXCELLENT job. He was thorough, personable and very helpful. He did a great job on our grout. House looks like new.
I was told in order to get the smell out of the hallway I need to purchase $ 40.00 disinfectant
By the 3rd day the smell is back. Technician said the smell will not return since the product was used to disinfect.
I also ask the technician if he could clean near the door where it’s visible the difference, but he told me he’s not bringing the hose again near the door.
Service tech Kendall was extremely courteous and very knowledgeable. It was obvious he wanted to make sure we were happy and satisfied with his work. Our rugs came out very clean and we are pleased with the results.
Invoicing was not straightforward. You do not provide convenient payment such as Google pay or Apple Pay. Having to give CC info to be read to someone over the phone is unacceptable.
Having a way to pay online would have been appreciated
Having the entire cleaning experience performed as marketed in ads would have been appreciated
Having techs arrive with a mask during a pandemic would have been appreciated

This is my second time to have Zerorez clean my carpets. What made me come back was my very positive experience the first time. The second experience was equally as positive. The tech person both times were knowledgible as to what my carpets needed. They took their time to do a good job and were diligent about not leaving until they felt sure I was satisfied. This is the cleanest my carpets have ever been done and we have high traffic areas and pets. I am a very satisfied customer!

The technician Rod was very helpful and professional. He explained the process of what he was going to clean the carpets and furniture.

Well first the tech was very friendly and he made sure that his equipment wouldn't interfere with our stairs. He then made sure I understand how his company does. The carpet could not been better. He even did a that my thought it needed a lot of weird mud stain that I already tried but was unable to get off my self.

The carpets did not get clean, we used our little handheld carpet cleaner and removed some small stains that you didn't. Very disappointed and I feel like I wasted $149
Rod was awesome. The carpets looked fantastic.
The gentleman explained what was happening. He had an issue with the pump and called another truck. Then there were two guys working and they finished the jobs earlier than expected. Very professional.
This was the first time we had our ducts cleaned. This was a great experience and knowing that dust is out is great. The staff were very cordial and did their job keeping us apprised and showing pictures of the process. We highly recommend this company. Also we used them for carpet cleaning and they are efficient and did a great job.
