The technicians were polite, explained everything they were going to do, wore a mask and shoe coverings and cleaned up afterwards .very satisfied customer!!!

They were very considerate of the property and explained what they were doing. The only problem I had occurred after they had left the premises. Debris came down from the ceiling vents once the air conditioning began to flow again in the house.

The team was great. Took before and after pictures. Courteous, polite, took time to explain everything and answer questions and cleaned up.

The person did a great job cleaning the carpet. There were places I was concerned about in getting clean and came clean which really pleased us. Also like the carpets dry quickly and are not soaked like I have had in the past. This is not my first time with Zerorez and will continue using in the future. While I appreciate learning about all the services you offer, using a commission structure is really a thing of the past and leads to service people pressuring customers. Cameron was extremely polite and not at all like this, but I would have preferred a brochure be left. I was very happy with all aspects of the job he did and would absolutely have used Zero Rez for additional services if I needed them.

Again, Cameron is great, I would rate him 10-10. I will be requesting him specifically for future services if I decide to continue with ZeroRez. Just wanted you to know the commission aspect is not a great idea. It’s why I only use Carnax and not car dealerships.
