Geoff is a great representative. He knows the products and was able to answer our questions. He is friendly and patient and being a camper too is a big plus. Definitely would recommend alpin haus so far!
Friendly and efficient service
My wife and I were very pleased with the staff of Alpin Haus. Everyone we interacted with was very friendly and professional. We were most impressed with the opportunity to go through the trailer we purchased with a technician to make sure everything was up to our expectations. We were very pleased with our RV which we bought in Nov.2020. It's the perfect one for us. Also we are happy we can store it at your facility and you will winterize it.
You guy’s are always very courteous and friendly. This was our 1st service and it was end of day and ran into closing time. All items addressed were explained and warranty items not yet corrected were also explained. Some items have to wait for warranty approval and an appointment for repair will be made at that time. Our service tech (can’t remember his name) was very friendly. Your reputation is why we became your customer and your service reviews are some of the best we’ve ever read. Asked 2x to fill propane. Was not done
Was not informed of missing roof vent cover until I read bill. Had to return, buy it and put it on myself because of departure date. Not good idea for 75 yr old woman to have to crawl up on RV roof
Have been complaining about poorly functioning awning motor since purchase. Told by Amsterdam I ) needed 1 more battery2) needed a generator3) needed 20 or 30 amp service. Told there was nothing wrong w/ motor. Unfortunately conversations were over phone so no written documentation was made. Finally offered $100 off new motor. I believe it should be replaced free since I have complaint was ignored, misdiagnosed or faulty advice was given Saratoga Alpinhaus diagnosed a faulty motor thankfully. I do not feel as if I have been listened to. I am very disappointed
During the busiest time in the industry, they are still responsive and attentive to all of their customers.

Our experience with Alpin Haus was amazing. The entire staff was knowledgeable and very helpful. They walked us through the process of buying our new RV with patience and understanding that this was our first time purchasing an RV. We met the Parts Manager and she was so helpful on trying to find us additional items that we needed.

We had a great experience purchasing our camper. Don was knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with.
I liked the detail on the pre-service estimate, so I could decide what what necessary and what is needed in the future. The service rep was pleasant and a people person.
We took our Grand Design Reflection fifth wheel in for the "forever warranty" annual check AND had reported an issue with the hot water heater DSI fault code coming on while the hot water heater was turned on electric......not gas..the issue started while the hot water heater was being used on electric during our last trip.....not gas....we told James M what was happening and when it was happening repeatedly. After we saw our rig come back out front James told us they "couldn't make the DSI fault light come on on the hot water heater, tech had turned it on until it was lukewarm" ...it's called a "correction" on our receipt. What ??? The service writer James told us "well bring it back in the spring if it's still doing it" Charged us another $40 for "diagnosis" on top of the forever warranty cost .. in our book just turning it "on" isn't diagnosing it. Well that was like blowing us off..... Being surprised that that was their "diagnosis" we took our rig home, with mud all over it and our truck from the apparently not blacktopped area in the service area (Saratoga) we decided to do some investigating ourselves. Now, having not only the "forever warranty" but also a warranty from Compass RV warranty, which is in part of our monthly payment, we were perplexed to say the least. We got information from another tech and other sources on how to "test" the issue and it seems like the "board" for the hot water heater was the culprit. We were able to check this by doing some simple volt tests and another "board" and guess what? The hot water heats on GAS and Electric and NO DSI FAULT CODE. At the very least we believe that a new board should be provided to us seeing as how WE had to figure out what was wrong with our hot water heater, not to mention the extra $40....Just shows us again no one really cares when people spend money on "forever warranties" or Extended warranties and can't just do the right thing and diagnosis something. Unless Saratoga just doesn't seem to have the capability to diagnose things. Not sure how we feel about Alpin Haus at all at this point. This is our 2nd Grand Design RV from Alpin Haus and this one was not cheap. It's just disappointing that's why the bad review.

I called service about issues i had with my trailer. I spoke with Keith and was made to feel like family. I was kept up to date on its progress and when it was completed. Keith explained everything thing they did. I felt like they went above and beyond making sure my trailer was good to go.
