I am so grateful for all the help and receptivity I have received from the Staff and Managers at Alpin! They have been prompt and willing to remedy issues I have discovered with my new purchase! It sorta feels like FAMILY atmosphere with them!
Love the new bathroom fan. It is quiet and easy to use. Technician was knowledgeable and helpful checking the RV for any future concerns while servicing the roof and AC.
Fast great service
Released our new RV without it being detailed and with defective parts. Returned RV for cleaning and repair and left for multiple weeks to pick back up and discovered not all issues had been addressed. Instruction on vehicle utilization was weak with staff unable to answer specific questions relating to vehicle software and lithium ion battery education.
The techs were very professional , but on the original day, they were supposed to show up they called in sick and nobody called to let us know they wasn’t showing up so my wife lost a day of pay to sit up there for Nothing

The Amsterdam Alpin Haus has an amazing team, from sales to service. We are seasoned campers having had multiple travel campers but Alpin Haus team was informative helpful and followed thru w any problems or concerns.
We had our camper delivered to our current site by Alpin Haus. The delivery/set up man did an excellent job parking it and setting it up despite the fact it was an extremely difficult spot Also, we had a few repairs needed after set up and the repairs were done timely and accurately.
Again we were extremely pleased with the entire team and will do business with them in the future and give a good word!
You took care of our problem quickly, contacted our warranty company and through them got 2 new axels for us.
Brand new trailor, manufactured poorly, pour communication for repairs, no call backs. Seasonal starts this week still nothing have other questions with no response. Very poor customer service!

Inventory was great- lots to choose from
We were promised a free detailing on the our trailer - since, it was not detailed after a body restoration last Fall. Nothing appears to be have been done. I’ll do my own detailing. I took some photos of the trailer after driving to Alpin Haus, the trailer images show bird dropping and dirt.
Hopefully, the de -winterization was completed.

I asked that one of my key fobs to lock/unlock my Tiffin Class A be reprogrammed. They spent considerable time trying to locate the module and reported back that they couldn’t locate it. That was disappointing. In my opinion if you can sell a $500,000 motor coach then you should be able to service it or call another Alpinhaus facility for a consultation. Secondly I asked for some additional service inspections and was told that they were short technicians.
In July of 2022 I spoke to a salesperson about a used Tiffin and was directed to the Oak Ridge branch manager. He was forthright and told me to call the Amsterdam manager for accurate information. I called and made an appointment to inspect the 2018 Allegro. The Amsterdam manager introduced me to a salesman Steve Quill. Steve took my wife and I to inspect the vehicle a d when something didn’t work Steve excused himself and drove to service. He returned with Bill( the god of RV service). Bill had driven the RV back from the South and new it’s functionality.
I know from running several businesses that personnel are vital to your success and reputation. Having set the standards of Alpinhaus in Amsterdam NY and through phone, internet and FaceTime the eyes ears and knowledge of one can be shared. This would make each of the six facilities para per sue. I originally chose Oak Ridge for convenience rather than take the two hour drive to Amsterdam each way.
