The ease of contacting and scheduling with the service department.
We want to thank Heather Kowalczyk, RV Outfitter, for the time and effort she put into helping us get our 2022 Imagine Grand Design ordered and delivered. We lost count of the emails, calls, and texts that were exchanged during the ordering process. Heather returned all correspondence in a timely and courteous manner, and always listened to our questions and concerns. The day we picked up our camper, all staff members at Alpin Haus in Amsterdam, were welcoming and helpful. John Driessen, Camping Advisor, spent over two hours with us going over every part of the camper inside and out. He was patient with all of our questions and concerns, and we shared many stories of camping adventures. Kyle Smith, Business Manager, helped us complete the sale by reviewing all forms and statements with us, as well as arranging for the inspection and license plate. We can’t wait to see what adventures await us in our new camper!
I have always been highly satisfied with the service I have received. When Purchasing An R.V., They are always fully Equipped, and ready to go camping with. The Store always has a large selection. If I need something not in stock, I can order it easily.
I took my Grand Design Imagine 2670MK in for warranty work. It was done in under 3 hours. They did a great job.
Easy to get an appointment. Takes time to try to fix things.

Brought camper in for repair. Was told it would take a week. When I called to check on status Mike in the service department stated it wouldn’t be ready for another week or more that they were overloaded with work. I said that we had camping reservations and he laughed and said I thought you were done for the season. When I said we need our camper he hung up on me.
Mike also tried to tell me that the repairs would not be covered under the Warranty Forever, which it was. This is not the first time I’ve had this issue with Mike. We replaced two scissor jacks that should have been covered, but I paid out of pocket.
There are other ways to deal with customers than hanging up on them and he needs to take some form of training.
Rob the Forman of the service department was fantastic and can’t say enough about him.
The reason we bought from Alpin Haus was because I heard they had a great reputation......I’d have to think twice before recommending them to friends and family.
Dan was our guy to show us all the workings of our new Solitude 2930RL and was very thorough with everything. He gave us the time we needed and answered all our questions.
Everyone there from the sales guy Nick to the manager Keith was also good. I believe that if we happen to need special service on our RV, they will be as good as they weere during our initial process.

Your service department did a terrible repair after telling me they would replace the full panel on a brand new RV they slice the panel cut out a section. Service manager agreed that was not appropriate I’ve left four messages with no return call. Not a very good customer service experience after the sale. This would affect my recommending you to further friends to purchase from your dealership
Alpin Haus has been really good to deal with regarding Storage and repair, The Sales people at Port Jervis have been great as well.
We just bought our RV. Steve our salesman has been wonderful!! We want to see how things go with your service department as the battery not holding a charge. We are storing it there as well. If all goes well then I would recommend to friends and family definitely.
