We like doing business with you due to the fact that you call us back when we call requesting info on our issues with our RV. Everyone is always pleasant and willing to help.
All associates that we dealt with were very nice & accommodating.
Not much!
The service depth. Is the best.
We love Dave Behuniak in the service department. He’s always helpful and up front with us and we trust him.
the day they worked on our trailer it was raining cats and dogs. they left two of the roof vents open. we found some water in the trailer. Not allot of water. but very careless in our minds.
Alpin Haus RV of Amsterdam N.Y. Is and will continue to be my preferred service location. I travel 50 minutes past many other dealers because of their excellent customer service. Special thanks to Randy R. for making service scheduling, drop off and pick up a breeze.
Ask the service department who had my camper for over four months
Took almost two months to do work on my rv only to have nothing fixed and come back with damage.
Very good company to deal with. They take very good care of you from start to finish. Highly recommended.
It was great to get my unit back within the 24 hours it was supposed to be worked on. The people were very nice. I could have left immediately but I went into the parts department and grabbed a $4 part to make my unit easier to work with. I was in for a “warranty forever “ visit.
Very large selection of travel trailers. Sales department are very thorough. Great dealership overall.
provided good communication.
Great experience super easy and quick
We have been treated very fair even though we have another brand travel trailer. Randy Robb from your service department has been very helpful and has contacted us with any issues or to let us know where he is at with getting our parts for our warranty. If there was issues, we worked together with the manufacturer to get the parts in a timely manner. We have definitely been happy with the work that we have had done.
Months to get my trailer repaired. Could not fix my brakes on my trailer. I needed to contact the manufacture to get them resolved. Roof leak was not fixed the first time. I realize part of the problem is the manufacture and their warranty process and the lack of parts, but the service department in Port Jervis needs some major reorganization and staffing. Oak Ridge is better, but not great.
We were not thinking of buying a 5th wheel at the Saratoga RV show but we're very impressed with the Reflection bunkhouse as well as Tony our salesman. He took his time with us. Jim Bearcroft finished it off at the Amsterdam location. Looking forward to a nice long trip in April.
Facility is nice kept up well. Knowledge of people willing to share. Lots of smiles. Variety of RVs to look at.
Prompt service. They kept us well informed and were friendly and very helpful. When we got the unit winterized they willingly walked us through the process, letting us observe and answering all our questions.
During the past few years I have had “off season” service performed on my motor home while in winter storage at Alpin Haus. I have found both the customer and vehicle service to be very efficient. The service advisors and technicians understand the maintenance issues and listen to and address my concerns. Service advisor Randy Robb has maintained excellent communication regarding current repair status and has been helpful in finding solutions for unique issues.
Great people to work with. No pressure!
Nice people
Every one very helpful at the show and on the phone
The team in Amsterdam is very friendly, helpful and efficient
Expensive work on trailer. And incomplete finish. Left battery cover off- fortunately I didn't lose it when I drove away. Didn't replace the hitch latch pin. On annual warrantee checkup $300+, I'm not sure they do the checklist- like roof seal, They didn't find brakes not working, tires cambered and unevenly worn, cracked wheel wells. These are things I saw after the warrantee checkup. I would like to see more care taken.
I was always informed as to the status of my camper.
I (we) had an issue to clear up about our popup.. regarding its annual forever warranty inspection results- and while it took awhile to resolve - we were given courteous, ongoing attention by an Alpin Haus representative ( Randy Robb). He met with us in person, communicated by phone when needed and the issues were resolved amicably.
Got an appointment promptly and they did the work well.
Make sure everything is checked over before the buyer comes to pick up there unit

Nothing. You had plenty of chances.
