Service department is not entirely trustworthy or ethical.
I have bought 2 RV's and a Pontoon from them over the years. Great service from the sales dept. and the service dept. The service dept. is top notch and have always done a great job.
Although we purchased a used camper, Alpin Haus made sure it was in A-1 shape, prior to delivering. The service technician, salesman and finance manager were all friendly, knowledgeable and didn't try to talk us into unnecessary stuff.
The overall experience was so favorable, we are already looking forward to our next purchase!

Your salesman Geoff Smith is very knowledgeable and personable. This was our 3rd unit we have purchased from you. Our second from Geoff. We had gone back and forth a few times and on different days and he was so patient and always accommodating to our needs and wants.

Tremendous experience from the beginning.... this is not just an RV sales place. These guys treat you like family. No hazzles, just really great service and professional care. This is our 4th camper and truly hands down we would not go to anyone else in the future. We have had some horrible experiences and always felt a mistrust. At Alphin Haus, they are really committed to you and making sure you are happy. I often think when I read these reviews, it must be a family member who wrote it. Products of trailers & how they look were great
Service I can’t say enough to sales member Charlie was great in showing us what Alpine had to offer and was very understanding & patient in helping us look for the right trailer. Techs were great in showing us and helping us understand the trailer. Also Dan was great explains to us every part of the trailer and how it works . Overall I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Very professional
Repair items identified during walkthrough during the purchasing process. There were numerous things not fixed per our purchasing contract.
We want to give a huge shout out to the Port Jervis Alpin Haus team who delivered our Grand Design Solitude 390RK-R to us today.
Asa has been working with us for 2 years to get the right rig for us. He listened to out wants and needs, made suggestions and shared experiences.
Dan walked us through every option and system on the rig and really took care of all our concerns.
Kieth took care of all of our paperwork and really took his time to explain each document we were signing.
Mark was instrumental in getting the PDI scheduled before our trip next week.
We would highly recommend this team.
Very nice and helpful
Service folks were very responsive and polite. Keith got right to work as soon as we arrived. Unfortunately a part that was requested on warranty last June wasn’t in stock, the result is we will need to make another trip.
Service Dept is very good
Had my door replaced on my Jayco and it works great. Decals came later (no fault of Alpin Haus) so I went back for the decals an gas regulator recall and a last minute inspection. Everything worked out perfectly and I was in and out in less then 2 hours. Great work, very much appreciated!

The service guys really helped us out. We thought we had a problem right after we left and they got us back in and found the source. They also squeezed a NY inspection in as well. Thanks so much!

Great friendly service!
I don’t think all the warrantee work was completed. But the service desk just checked it off. I’m not confident that the axles were repacked and the suspension lubricated and the roof seals checked but I paid the big bill. Quite dissatisfied. The external plug was pulled out of socket. I would like someone to reach out to me for an explanation and redo.
