Great selection and support.
Our whole experience at Alpin Haus was a total pleasure. The entire staff including sales, Office service and parts treated us like we were long-time repeat customers. The Grand Design we purchased, all associated products and equipment were just what we expected and much more.
We are first-timers to RV'ing and are excited to be heading out on this new life adventure. Please know that Alpin Haus will have us as return customers for the long haul.

I had an issue with my BigFoot leveling system which was part of my checklist of items during a July 7th service appointment. The issue has gotten worse such that the leveling system is not working at all, and I am on a long vacation trip in the Midwest. It is affecting my use of the slide and use of the TRI-fold bed. My daughter has had to sleep on the passenger seat of the cab.

Everyone we worked with made the purchasing and delivery process quite enjoyable. Our salesman Greg Clark was knowledgeable and got us to the exact travel trailer we needed. James Bearcroft put up with all my questions/emails and played a key role in the sales and settlement of our new unit. Dominck did one of the best walk thru's we have experienced (we have been though that process 5 times. Our last point of contact was Sean, who set up our new hitch and sway bars and made every effort to make sure I knew how to attach and detach all items.
This was the second unit we purchased from Alpin Haus and we are so pleased we did.
Dave Bulmer and the entire staff at Alpine Haus are angels. My partner, myself and our dog had an unfortunate event where our RV had a complete breakdown and was unfixable. Dave worked with us for several days to find a solution to get us back on the road as we were moving to AZ. They allowed us to stay in the RV and camp in their lot. They were so accommodating in so many ways. Above and beyond our expectations. I will never forget what they did for us and will be eternally grateful. Hands down the best service I have ever experienced.
Service lacks communication.
Your repair man broke my gas valve on my refrigerator it has been weeks and it still has not been replaced. They tell me they’re having difficulty locating one. But in the meantime we occasionally lose power due to storms in my refrigerator cannot switch over to gas therefore I have to throw out my perishable items because my refrigerator gets too warm. your company needs to figure out how to rectify the situation

sales, service, and finance departments are all awesome!! Highly recommend going to them before going to the giants, Camping World or Gander, who really don't care about you and will say anything to make the sale.
Yes at this point I would. The service contact was very friendly and I was given an appointment very quickly which , impressed me.

Honestly we were pretty disappointed with the appointment. We were quoted a very different price and it seems that very little was done to look into the problems we reported. The air conditioner still doesn't work and now we are out almost $600 ($300 more than originally quoted) with no answers. I will wait for camping world next time.
They ailed me out with minor emergency. They did a good job of keeping me informed and were reasonably priced.
To call people back and to let them know when the service is done. don't wait for us to call to see if it is done.
They broke my brand new camper winterizing it with compressed air by not opening all the valves then fixed it under warranty 3 times when I got it back it had 3 more leaks I fixed myself now they are trying to charge me for repairs
Camper is brand new and I have a 7 year bumper to bumper warranty on top of manufacturers warranty
Oh and never returned my keys drove 2 hours to pick it up after hours and had to send my done through a window to un lock it for my vacation
Everyone was so professional - from seeing the RV for the first time to replacing the awning which we requested - knowledgeable staff in every department. We are enjoying our new RV!

We are writing this late due to 2 deaths in the family.
We were so completely happy and satisfied with Don our salesperson, Service that installed the tow bar and Kyle who arranged finance for us. We paid &1,000 prep fee which I was told included cleaning of the motorhome. That was obviously not the case!!! The inside was filthy, disgusting!!!! Dust and dirt everywhere! We tried to use the sofa couch for guests and were horrified what was under there!!!! Giant dust balls, tons of tissues, dog bone and copious amounts of fur!!!!!! We were mortified that our guests had to see this!!!!!
Insides of cabinets were dirty and full of crumbs!!! I had to clean them all before I could put our things in!!! Sadly, with such a good experience with the sales and service side the the”prep” cleaning was horrible!!

Our camper has been winterized every year by Alphin Haus. We opened our camper this year to find very little antifreeze in the lines. We experienced a break in our lines during our camping trip. After the trip with no water, we took the camper to Alphin Haus. We were then charged a fee for diagnostics only to be told that there were several breaks in our lines that were clearly caused by a bad winterizing. When we asked for a refund of our diagnostic fee, we were given some lame excuse that Alphin Haus wasn't responsible for any damage. Yet it was all covered under warranty.
It should be made clear to customers that there is a deadline to winterizing your camper of October 15th. This was never told to us. Also, what is the sense of having a 4 season camper if you can't use it after Oct 15.
This is just the resent issue with the service department. We have not had one positive experience with the service department at Alphin Haus in Port Jervis. We purchased a "higher end camper" and have had nothing but issues with it. Our family have used this camper 5 times since purchased and the camper has been in the shop (Port Jervis) more times than we have used it.

The service department needs a lot of improvement. Better drop off hours. Return phone calls! Left 4 messages and no call back. When asked to update contact info please do it.
The salespeople are great and the service department has been excellent. We love our camper!
You are not there to help your customers. We contacted you last October about our air conditioner and a recall. Never heard from you. We contacted you in May, June and July of this year 2022. Finally got the recall taken care of this week. Our air conditioner is now out of warranty. We would tell you when we would be at our camper, since we are from Wisconsin, so someone could come out, and you always scheduled it for a different time when we weren't there. So we would cancel and that would put us another 2 weeks out. E are so frustrated!
