To start, your Saratoga office sucks. I had to leave my trailer there for the whole month of June to have the freezer and awning fixed. Then I take it to Amsterdam which Randy Robb did have the freezer fixed as best as possible. Now I find my fresh eater tank leaks . I paid to have the trailer winter sized and ready for spring, to find out there is a leak in the fresh water tank and the protection plate under the trailer is damaged not by me. I believe my trailer should be replAced by Alpin Haus. I’m still considering the attorney general’s office for retribution.
Good workmanship by technicians. Very difficult to contact service reps, they don't answer the phone. Kim and Kelly were a big help with this.

I was happy to find a camper that I wanted and not had to settle for. The Rpod model is exactly what I wanted.
Outstanding customer service, friendly, welcoming. We had service done on our Tiffin Allegro Bus. The service department exceeded our expectations, corrected our initial problem and even addressed another issue by fitting us into their very busy schedule. They expedited the service to accommodate our personal needs. Their lounge area is comfortable and spacious, free popcorn, coffee, tea cocoa and pet friendly. All the employees we encountered were very friendly and helpful. We will return if their services are ever needed while we are in the area. Thank you Alpin Haus!!
The entire staff was very professional and friendly. They made us comfortable and went out of their way to assist us through the entire sales and delivery process. We love our Grand Design.

Everyone from Sales, to closing to delivery was very helpful and friendly.
We were happy until we got home and realized there were some things that needed attention. Called up and spoke to Keith. Said he would have someone call. Never heard from them
The service was performed in a timely manner and the service advisor explained the surge protector link on our phone.
We would also like to thank Crystal for all her help navigating our warranty case through Grand Design and Lippert during the past 5 months. She was quick to help get us answers to our questions through out the process.

my rv went for anual warenty service and I had problems with water pressure from the water tank, I told them and my rv is home now and I still have the same problem
The overall showing was. Great , but to fast,
It was like buying a car, after you leave you forget everything! But we love the motor home. We are setting it up and can't wait to travel

I was given a price on a trailer four weeks ago a price was given two days later on a different trailer without me knowing this past Friday went into negotiate on the trailer thinking it was Trailer number one and it was not it was trailer number two with less options when I found this out they wanted to up charge me to get the two options put on the trailer the old bait and switch
I have used both the Port Jervis and Saratoga locations. In every instance, the staff has been very friendly. The service departments have been excellent in the scheduling as well as the actual service.
The unit is always available at the time promised.
Salesman lied repeatedly and service failed to have parts they said they had but later made it up to us by repairing it on our premises.
The staff is beyond helpful. we have had multiple problems with our new camper, which we did not purchase from them. They fit us in multiple times and worked around our schedule as we are full time RVs.

Interior service access panel in rear compartment was not put back on -- wires exposed. Kitchen draw had been removed but never put back in correctly. It would help to advise customers that in order to perform a given service, certain areas must be cleared.
lack of communication. My father has been having issues pre-Covid and even after i got involved it took months (about 3) to get resolution with me having to be the one to ask for updates. The technician was great and quickly resolved the problem. But for only being there 30 mins the cost to get him there was outrageous. When my father purchased his RV he was told you would come winterize it for free etc seems to me lies told to an elderly person to get a sale.
We have had several minor issues that have yet been resolved. Service manager was looking into some of them. Promised me a phone call by the end of next business day. 5 days later still no word. Worst service company ever
I was not able to reach the dealer by phone at all. I had to drive there to get an appointment. Over 50 miles. And I purchased two rvs from them. They were able to get me one and resolve my problems however. Some things were covered and some. Were not. I do appreciate there help in getting me going. But communication is very bad.
While it’s a little soon for us to share our thoughts on the product we just purchased (day 2, loving it so far though) we can share that the entire experience with Alpin Haus in Port Jervis, from start to finish, was a 10! Each associate, from sales, to service, to finance, was exceptional! And “demo Dan” did an amazing job walking us through our RV covering every aspect of it, inside and out! What a great touch and testament to the teams dedication and interest to truly ensure that their customer understands what they are purchasing and can take full advantage right away! We are not only excited over our purchase, but also over the relationship and partnership we truly feel we will continue to have with Alpin Haus of Port Jervis.
Alpin Haus had the travel trailer we wanted in stock at the right price. They made arrangements to have the RV delivered to our seasonal camp site. The pre delivery instructions from First name removed were excellent. I would recommend Alpin Haus to a friend.
Everyone i worked with were great!! No high pressure salesman. We changed our minds a few times and they were very understanding. They were very patient with us, they showed us numerous rv .
Everyone at Alpin Haus was very friendly and helpful. Nick was able to steer us in the right direction on what we wanted. Jeff was very informative when we went to pick up our RV. James made it a little less painful parting with our money. Will definitely do business with Alpin Haus.
