Service folks were very responsive and polite. Keith got right to work as soon as we arrived. Unfortunately a part that was requested on warranty last June wasn’t in stock, the result is we will need to make another trip.
Service Dept is very good
Had my door replaced on my Jayco and it works great. Decals came later (no fault of Alpin Haus) so I went back for the decals an gas regulator recall and a last minute inspection. Everything worked out perfectly and I was in and out in less then 2 hours. Great work, very much appreciated!

Your service department never answers the phone
The service guys really helped us out. We thought we had a problem right after we left and they got us back in and found the source. They also squeezed a NY inspection in as well. Thanks so much!

I don’t think all the warrantee work was completed. But the service desk just checked it off. I’m not confident that the axles were repacked and the suspension lubricated and the roof seals checked but I paid the big bill. Quite dissatisfied. The external plug was pulled out of socket. I would like someone to reach out to me for an explanation and redo.

Brought it down for my forever warranty and you never checked anything,never told us about our ny state inspection failed and didn’t bother mentioning it,instead you left the paper inside our camper and further more our brake system is important you should have told us, We are so disappointed in Alpan Haus,Would never recommend you to anyone

Very knowledgeable personnel in the service department who always provide detailed descriptions on what was done. They also listen closely to what the customers concerns are and offer advice on a variety of RV related issues.
The service department staff which I have dealt with are career professions in the RV industry.

Horrible repair service
Appointments are kept on time. Good service.
The camper was inspected for both New Yoel State and the Forever Warranty, but when we went to hook up, all the tires needed air. One of your techs put in the air, but it would have been nice if it was done prior to pick up.
While my RV was waiting to be repaired I asked for a price for install of Winegard Gateway router and Genny Exhaust extension more than one occasion but never received any info on the price.
I'm a first timer, and new to the RV scene
I was very sceptical of dealer ships, heard a lot of bad deals. I'm so lucky that I chose alpin house as my dealership. From sales staff,helping with size and ? ,,, to the mechanics who helped us through training, and to the store staff,helping with accessories. You guys are a family, not just a dealership. Thanks to the knowable staff I'm comfortable with my camper. Will highly recommend you guys . Thanks for all you guys do.
This is a large RV dealership and many cogs in the wheel. Unfortunately once the sale is complete the salesperson hands you off to the finance department. Then the finance department hands you off to the delivery department. In this process there were gaps of miscommunication and unfortunately in our case the unit was not properly set up and the communication was never relayed back to us. Communication between all parties is lacking.
