Fair price and honesty
To many problems with the service department. There needs to be better management running the service department.
Everyone was very helpful and accommodating with our recent purchase of a new camper. Very nice dealership and buying experience.

Made my purchase of a new 5th in August. The staff from sales to service were extremely helpful with anything I needed. Brian , Michaela and Chris in service were there for everything. Good group of people.
Don’t make profits on the backs of families Sell at honest prices and tell the truth , loosing 15 thousand right when an rv leaves the lot is a disgrace I’ll never shop here again and tell everyone to stay as far away from this place as they can. Liars and thieves should be disgusted with your selfs !! What goes around comes around. Hope this place closes
My coach has still not been repaired and the service manager does a poor job of following up and explaining issues with my coach.
I purchased four new house batteries in February 2023, and now those batteries are bad. There has been no explanation of what is causing there issue, and there seems to resistance in providing warranty coverage from Interstate Battery, Forever Warranty, and the extended warranty I purchased with the coach.
Last thing I heard was the technician would check with Tiffin to see someone there could provide technical advice.
Service department does a good job.
The team at Alpin Haus was wonderful! We came in as a result of a personal emergency to look for a temporary housing solution following a house fire, and Mark House immediately got to work finding us a suitable solution! He worked with his team to make sure that we found something right way. The process was seamless and when we found what we needed, the application process was super easy to follow and hassle-free! I am thankful for Keith as well, who helped us with the process of financing and insuring everything. Every moment working with the Alpin Haus was amazing, even despite the emergency that brought us there. Thank you again, everyone!

No pressure from salespeople
I was under the impression that my bank loan was approved but it was only a pre-qualification. I need/needed my purchase IMMEDIATELY due to an unusual family emergency situation because I AM LIVING IN THE CAR WITH 3 CATS (since November 30, 2023; today still in the car December 8) and, apparently, Bank of America is sitting on the final approval I thought we already had. It would have been really nice to have been told I was pre-qualified, not actually approved. Bad communication. Already having second thoughts about my purchase entirely.
Julie kept me up to date on repairs, dealt with insurance.
Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, patient and helpful.
