Return calls and give better discounts on trades.
Mark was great to work with. He understood our needs & was patient with us while we made our decision. Keith was also great to work with.
We dont have a flexible schedule so the part we appreciate most is they went out of their way to do things on our schedule which sealed the deal for us.
Charles was the worst sales person I have ever dealt with. I’m guessing he is someone’s kid. Get back to you a day or 2 later. Or not at all. If it wasn’t the specific camper we were looking for we would have gone somewhere else.

We bought our brand new tellaro in spring of 2023. We brought the RV in for service in fall of 2023, Over 6 months ago. After never hearing back from your service department we finally called and found out our RV was "ready" for pickup. Upon our arrival, we found that the RV was in worse condition than when we dropped it off. The service department broke all of our kitchen cabinets, did not complete the wiring and the RV wouldn't start. A tech came to look and admitted that they didn't finish the work and they didn't know why the interior of the RV had been damaged. A month went by and we reached back out and the same service tech told us the van was "ready" again. Upon arrival it was in the exact same condition as the last time we left it, broken interior and wiring issues still present. After making thousands of dollars in payments on the rig and getting no clear answers from the service department we had no choice but to trade in the RV for a new travel trailer. Of course we were forced to settle on an unfair trade price for our brand new RV that had been in Alpin Haus' possession longer than ours since our purchase. On top of that we were charged $5k over msrp for the new unit. I will never shop with Alpin Haus again. Which is a shame, I really expected and hoped for them to make this situation right. I also expected that they would want our future business, as I am only in my 30's and plan to continue rving and purchasing new RVs for the next 40 years. Instead, you made a second profitable sale rather than keep my business. They really know how to make you feel taken advantage of.

I always enjoy my trips to Alpine Haus. They always are friendly and very knowledge about what I need done to my RV, which I bought there, and finally traded it in there for a larger one. Hope to have many more years of doing business with them!

We were impressed with the service. Very responsive.
Unfortunately, the RV we just purchased in the fall, and took out once, needed two new batteries.
I am disappointed that such a quality service department did not adequately inspect the batteries prior to the sale. We were told batteries needed to be replaced every 3-5 years so it seems like that should have been inspected.
Prompt, efficient, professional service.
We found out there was a manufacturers recall on our RV. Scheduling the appointment was quick and easy. While in the shop we also elected to have some significant maintenance ( repacking wheel bearings) completed. We arrived a few minutes early but the service staff handled everything. Looking forward to seeing there new service location in Middletown.

It was done in a timely fashion. My camper was brought to me after I payed.
Greg, our sales associate, listened to everything we wanted in a camper, and he delivered! He showed us three different options, and took the time to explain the features of each camper. But our heart was set on the very first one he brought us to. He walked us through the steps of purchase, and gave us 24 hour access to him via his personal cell number. We could not have been happier with the outcome!
We dropped off our RV for a repair estimate for our insurance company. When we picked it up the next day, there was no paperwork given. 3 days later, our credit card was charged $495. No call, text, or email to tell us of the charge- at least the amount. Had to call and ASK for an invoice to be emailed to us.
