On the service department they are nasty people
We were mislead on what the lifetime warranty would do. When we brought the rv in for inspection we pointed out an area on the slide out. We were concerned that the slide out was not working properly. We were told at first a branch must have been there when we put the slide out in. That never happened. It is cleaned every time it is closed. Then told, try our own insurance. When picking the camper up it is now stated that there are many spots that are tore. Not true. Just the 2 small spots. An estimate was given for an extremely high amount. We used the warranty on a tire the first year we had the camper which was a nightmare. We also asked if they would give us an approximate amount of the value of our camper. We are considering changing to a fifth wheel. We were told that they don't give a value unless the papers are being drawn up for a trade in. Do not feel at all that our business has been appreciated.

Michael was fantastic. He delivered my RV to the site which was a long trip to get there. He went over the entire unit in detail. But first backed the RV up so it could be connected to septic tank.
The alignment was exactly how I wanted it place. Mike ask us many times if we had any questions and took time to answer. Micheal is super to work with and Alpin Haus is very fortunate to have such a valuable young man working for them.

Service Advisor Teresa Pingitore was very helpful and the Service Technician was also very helpful on finding the problem and fixed it ! SO FAR ALL IS GOING WELL, I HAVE HAD WORK DONE BEFORE AT PORT JERVIS AND THEY WERE FANTASTIC AND WHEN WE WERE AWAY THIS SUMMER UP TO LAKE GEORGE AND I NEEDED SOMETHING ON A SATURDAY THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL UP AT THAT SITE ALSO.
My vehicle was failed for a broken taillight, and I was told I needed a whole new light assembly. It has been over a week and I'm still waiting on a quote. In the meantime, I've fixed the light (no new assembly necessary, just $3 for some screws and a bulb) myself and had my vehicle inspected elsewhere. Poor customer service and poor service in general.
Very difficult to get through to the service department. No answer or long wait times. Also, when made appointment... another staff member called me later to solicit an appointment, I explained I had already made an appointment and they stated that it wasn't on the calendar.
Be a little more attentive to repetitive warranty issues not resolved. Otherwise all is good.
Fast friendly service
For appointment to winterize rv they took us in right away. Took time to call us with questions before they fixed a couple repairs. Excellent service and team! Scott called us to make sure we got in for the winterizing. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone looking to purchase an rv or camper or any accessories.

Parts and service is always prompt and helpful

I came in for RV storage and RV service. I was given an estimate of the costs for the services. I was told to leave a card on file. I received charges in excess of the estimate with no explanation as to why over a $150 increase. I have been trying to call for a week and half straight to speak to someone and I have left voicemail messages. To date, no-one has called me back nor answered the phone when I called. This is terrible service.
