I was very impressed with the Technician that worked on my camper
Everyone is very friendly and helpful. This is our 3rd product of Forest River by Design. We haven't had any problem with the make.
Excellent product quality and selection; low-pressure knowledgeable sales staff, excellent service and technical support, professional business and administrative staff.
Everyone we interact with is genuinely looking to see how they can help. Not looking to see how they can move on to the next thing in their day or hand any situation over to another person. Whomever we work with has always stuck with us, stayed involved or at least kept themselves informed as to what was going on until they knew the job was done. This has been the case for both sales and for service.

Right on schedule
The cost of inspection blew me away. I had one done in the fall to keep in agreement with my forever warranty. When your service dept called to schedule a de-winterization they said and also an inspection. One I thought it was required to do so for the forever warranty. I know now it wasn’t. But what shocked me most was what I was charged for an insoe tion. Over $600!!! The inspection to keep in compliance with the forever warranty was under $400, and that included service for a possible leak. Why would an inspection cost me over $600??? After telling me I owe that much for them to look over my trailer, I’m given a list of suggested repairs. One being a broken screen door that was fine when I dropped it off for storage. The other suggested work is resealing, which I know is standard maintenance. I feel completely taken being charge over $600 for an inspection, then being asked if I’d like to schedule an appt for the resealing. I’m new to RVin so I trusted Alpin Haus, now I feel like a complete fool and all I want to do is to get rid of the thing.
We paid for a prep fee and things where not presentable and many small little details needed to be address
When going over the new trailor we were given detail instructions about all the features the camper had.
Assist customers with hooking up their campers to their tow vehicles. For example:
We leave our 5th wheel for winter storage. Haven’t hooked it up since October and need a “re-fresh”/practice doing it again. Having an experienced service tech assist with this would be helpful and cut down on the amount of time we (and as we saw) others picking up their rigs after winter storage and taking up space in your lot. It helps us get back on the road again especially because we have a 3+ hour drive back home. Thank You
We bought a brand new Rv and it leaked we took it up for repairs it’s been over two weeks and still hasn’t been started on. Very upset about being lied to We were told we’d have it for our first vacation planned with our Rv

We worked with Adam King and he made the whole process simple and easy. He listened to what we wanted, showed us exactly what we were looking for in the price range we quoted him. The selection was wonderful and they took care of all the details. We were very pleased with our purchase and with Alpin Haus' attention to detail and low pressure sales pitch. It was definitely a one stop camper shop!

Service needs to Clean up after they do work. Piles of Wet paper towels on floor after we asked them to leave fridge running on propane, window screen in floor. Warranty we were told covers everything but tires is a very misleading. When brought in for inspection and maintenance 2x year they should be checking and maintaining!!!!!
