Had my RV for over 6 months..said I needed it back by april 15 and it wasn't done for another 2 weeks..I lost a bunch of time last year because the RV was leaking so I couldn't put the slide out when it rained..got no compensation for all my aggravations or lost time..
Quick and friendly service.
I appreciated being able to get an appointment in early May when I did knowing how busy the service schedule is this time of year. I chose to travel from Maryland to have my lithium batteries replaced by a staff familiar with the Hymer RV. The service staff was very courteous. However, I was disappointed that I was not able to spend more time with one of the service staff to go over my lithium battery system as was indicated would be possible when I first made the service appointment.
For those of us who purchased a Hymer from Alpin Haus, and in light of the fact that they have gone out of business and no vehicle manual came with the unit, it would be great if Alpin Haus created an email site where owners could write in questions about aspects of the vehicle and have them answered by one of your technicians. I see a lot of frustration among other Hymer owners on Facebook who have questions or who need a refresher on some of the Hymer systems and have no where to go for answers. I have reviewed several of the videos on line but many of them don't specifically answer questions one might have.
Any consideration of this suggestion would be appreciated. Thank you.
Inter department communication. Seems like the left hand does not know what the right hand has promised to be completed. Almost 100% of the time I have dealt with the service department they have fallen short. Tasks are completed but always with a hitch. No pun intended.
People are very friendly. They are very knowledgeable and are good at what they do. We are very happy with our experience with Alpin Haus and love our new camper!
Everything. The entire staff is wonderful and pleasant to deal with. They always listen to what you have to say first and then provide detailed explanation of their response.

We are very happy with the purchase of our travel trailer. Very easy deal, financing, and overall process. The camping store being in the same location is a plus.
As a customer since 2006 when purchasing a motorhome, I have been satisfied with all departments utilized. Service, especially, is an annual event for us and appreciate the ease of making an appointment and the work performed. Staff is always courteous and helpful, both on the phone and in person, and the administrative staff is outstanding.
The Alpin House service department team has provided consistent quality service during the past three years that I have had my motor home serviced there. Despite the challenges of the past year, the staff have been helpful, courteous and, when reasonable, accommodating.
We liked the knowledge of the associates we spoke with and their willingness to answer questions.
Your service is great, but we just had a fireplace replaced by you under warranty and the new one is not the the quality of the original. This was a bit disappointing.

Salesman walked away before sale was final. Schedule pick up day repairs were never worked on. Zero communication from service.
The outcome of the service on my RV was fine and my service coordinator was friendly and helpful. But...the service was NOT performed on the scheduled day and I DID NOT receive a phone call to alert me that my service was delayed. Although I left a voicemail message at Alpin Haus, my call was never returned despite your stated policy of returning phone calls by the end of the business day. That is not the Alpin Haus I am used to dealing with.
Matt in the service department has been extremely helpful. He is very professional and always answers all my questions. The quality of work at Alpin Haus is well above standard. They make every effort to keep their customers satisfied. They will treat you like family.
When you have an apointment...be on time...don't start half an hour late!
