We made an appointment early in February to have brakes repaired and 2 recalls done on our 5th wheel. Was told they would do the recalls, but would have to leave the camper until after Memorial weekend to have brakes fixed. We said no, as we had upcoming camping reservations and we couldn’t leave it that long which would of been over 3 1/2 weeks. After many phones calls to them, it was very difficult to get them to call us back. The repair was finally done, but we had to contact the general manager to do so. We received a large bill and they gave us 100.00 gift card, which we used towards our bill. We understand that everyone is really busy, and that was the reason we made our appointment early, so we would have it repaired in a few days. Also it’s very frustrating when no one will call you back with a status. Maybe in other circumstances it might be different.
Service department does not return calls in a timely manner. Took forever to get an appointment for our warranty service. Communication is lacking. We left our credit card info for them. They never called to tell us that the camper was done or to tell us that they couldn’t put the credit card through. We live over an hour away and had to make two trips. We still don’t have our paperwork to send in for the warranty. We called again today and still no return call.
To this point very happy with staff from beginning to end on explanations about the camper financing paperwork warrantees the full works

We brought our Rv in to get its forever warranty inspection done . We ask them to replace a scissor Jack that was bent. Cause we were concerned about it They said they sent pictures of the scissor Jack got approved .Then we got a call on Wednesday saving forever rebounded ther approval. They said they had to do a video for forever warranty. I call forever warranty and they said there was NO VIDEO request or video sent. No mention of scissor Jack. Just igniter for stove which they did fix. I’m upset that James lied to me and even gave me a false story about a video. Did he think I was stupid because I’m a women? Of course I called forever warrenty to certify why they didn’t approve as it states it’s a covered issue. I spoke to Steven in Mechanical claims with forever warranty. Why lie why couldn’t Alphin hause just say it didn’t need to be fixed right now? Why lie and said they had to send video??? Not right. We been customers for Past 7 years. Bought 2 campers with you guys always bring it to you for forever warranty!!! Very displeased! If they didn’t want to fix it they didn’t have to give me a story! Not their choice to decided if something doesn’t need fixing. We were worried about it and wanted it replaced. It should of been reported and it should of been forever warranty .to decide. James even told me if it actually broke off in my hands to bring it in you know what I mean!!! Was his exact words!!! We don’t want it to break!!! We’re disabled and my husband is Legally blind!!! The right thing to do is refund us our payment!!!!!!

Steven said they always have attachments on the inspection file and there is no pictures or video!!

John was very punctual and informative.
Told too many stories about what was happening with our camper. I was told one story and my husband was told another. Then I was told that a special trip would be made to register he camper when in fact the person that does the registering wasn’t even in on that day. We had a few appointments to do a walk through but had to cancel because once my husband fell and hurt his back and then we both got covid. So it’s been a difficult time. I just want the camper registered and pick it up ASAP. Hoping for Wednesday the 19th of May!!!!!!!!

Staff is so courteous and helpful they were able to resolve the issues that troubled our RV. We give the the staff a 10. We would highly recommend the Alpine Haus to anyone looking to purchase an RV or needs any service.

Damaged our RV. Had it for over 6 weeks. And few calls to update us in the status.
Forever warranty was not adhered to.Service department left hand not talking to right hand.They called house at 1130 am to find out why I’m not there when appointment was at 1200 noon.When registering at service department,l told them I was there for yearly forever warranty,NYState inspection and a propane refill. Two hours later said needed propane fill after I already told then at service desk when first arrived.No communication between service department personnel.Refused to repair minor leak even though stated in forever warranty.Had to even demand service manager to even look at leak inside RV.Took over four hrs.for service to be finished.Good thing bought Thor brand RV top of the line costing 130,000.00,can image what a cheaper model would look like after four years .This RV has only 14,000 miles on it it’s not even broken in.Was seriously considering upgrading to large class A as per my conversation with Greg Clark our original salesman.Won’t buy it from Alpin Haus, that’s for sure
