Let me know my camper was finished being serviced, I dropped it off on a Sunday, never heard anything, called on Friday afternoon to find out it was done.
Your employees are always so very nice and are very helpful. Your prices are fair and reasonable especially the winterizing and storage. Your service department was excellent. I am very glad to have met your company!
Poor customer service. Always go to voicemail when you call the service department. No return call until 4:30/5. If you happen to miss that call (which I did both times) then they are closed for the day. Double billed for winterization even though I handed them a credit card I was billed again 5 hours later! When I called after noticing credit card statement 5 days later again I got voicemail. When the woman called me back several hours later there was no apology, only a “yea we caught it yesterday and fixed it”. Why no call or email yesterday? Why did I have to reach out to you to report the issue? Sadly this is two seasons in a row where I’ve had issues with the service department.

Our experience has been nothing more than a total disaster. Covid aside, Alpin Haus has had our brand new trailer more than us and to this date, still has it. We took only 3 trips this past season and each one resulted in us fixing something that was broken or in need of repair. That isn't a fun vacation. A lesson learned from Alpin Haus, do not buy a trailer at a show and certainly don't buy it from Alpin Haus. Sad, because we thought that your product was going to be a sturdy, well put together product, but 1st trip out, we realized our faith was misplaced in Alpin Haus.
They were willing to help us and we did not buy our rv from them. Great service tech!
We are very happy with the purchase of our new Keystone Residence from Alpin Haus. This is our 4th RV purchase with them and it is always professional with great service.

Selection and friendly people.
During our recent repair, Rob was concerned over our issues and worked to ensure everything was settled to our satisfaction. Alpin Haus has always strived to keep their customer satisfied.
Alpin Haus is one of the best RV repair facilities in the country and I talk from experience. Friendly, knowledgeable, and effective service writers and technicians which includes Dave B. and Randy. I travel 267 miles to come to Alpin Haus, frequently organizing trips around service appointments.
They are the best.

It’s always an effortless and enjoyable experience when at Alpin Haus. Great and friendly staff.
We spoke in person with the service dept the week 10/5 about water damage under the kitchen sink and a crack in the exterior wall of the camper above a slide-out, but what we were told would be done by the tech, conveniently never made it on the work order which then caused us to have to go back to Alpin Haus service last week (10/16) and have further discussion, after having left 6 voicemails that went without a returned call, and finally getting thru to someone who could not verify what the tech did or did not do while at our campsite inspecting the unit, ultimately leading to us having to do the work that we were told the tech was going to be doing, as I drove to camp myself and verified the work was never done. The tech was out to inspect our camper on 10/13, nearly a week after we first spoke with the service dept, it is now 10/22 and we still have not gotten word that the estimate is done for the repairs/work that is needed.
I am very disappointed in the follow up and follow thru on the part of the service dept, we rarely seek out assistance from Alpin Haus service for our unit. We were under the impression that we had the "Forever Warranty" only to find out, when we really need it, that our unit needed yearly inspections done to maintain this that apparently must have been in the small print and because we keep our unit as a seasonal and don't bring it in for yearly service we did not have these inspections done and lost this warranty. For the amount of business we have given to Alpin Haus and the amount we paid for our camper, I am so dissatisfied with the customer service provided to us, each and every time we deal with any dept, but most especially the Service Dept, it seems that the customer service just gets worse.
Overall good service
We just had our 2017 Imagine winterized and there was pink antifreeze all over shower wall base and in the kitchen sink. Last year the camper was spotless. We were disappointed this year.
Friendly people with quick response.
I was super disappointed to see a $38.75 increase in winterization this year over last. I'm always told that this is an "easy job" that I could do myself, but since I don't keep my trailer at my house I'm not able to do this myself. I'm sure you are also doing a lot more of these this year than you did last year, which is also a great reason to increase costs on return customers.
The staff is always very responsive, helpful, and professional. Communication is very good and I know work will be done correctly.

We love our 2021 315RLTS Reflection Travel Trailer. We had a great experience with the Sales Dept. (Charles) to the Finance Dept. (Jim), to the Service Dept. (Lance) and even the owner! (Jason). We would definitely return for service and if we ever upgrade or change to a newer unit!

Had a brand new imagine rv there for 2 weeks.
Slide was not working gouged into the brand new floor.We brought it home the never fixed it.HORRIBLE place stay away. Thanks for nothing.

Our refrigerator handle was broken and when we contacted the service department we had several issues of them not getting back to us after many phone calls.
When they told us the new handle finally came in my husband removed the old handle only to find that a piece underneath was cracked. I emailed photos as instructed. I called and left several messages about the possibility of them getting the other part and for them to send everything to us so my husband could fix it and then we would send all the broken items back them to save us the time of driving over an hour away but I never received a phone call back after leaving several messages. My husband was going to be in the area so he stopped with the broken handle and low and behold they had the other part there so he picked both up, came home and installed the new parts.
We have had several issues with the service department and they are not very reliable.
As for the sales department, we were very happy with Heather and Scott.
Return phone calls a little quicker I left at least three messages. Happily someone did get back to me.
Fast service and quick repair
We drop our camper off to be winterized. It was an easy service. Dropped it off, done in a few days. Received a recipe telling me exactly what was done. Very professional and courteous. I recommend Alpin Haus for your camper needs.
