Had a battery issue with a new camper and sales manager stepped in and was able to provide me with an additional battery at no charge

I like that you are a family business.Everyone we have come in contact with has been great to work with. This includes Jim Bearcroft, Jeff who did our walk thru on Wednesday and Gary who delivered and set up our RV today.
They all did a terrific job in helping us. The work your employees put forth make me feel comfortable to recommend Alpin Haus to my friends and family.

great product and great service
Our brand new 2021 5th wheel was delivered a week ago first try using hot water it wasn't working. No one will call us back to tell us what's going on. Now holiday weekend and no hot water.
Please just give an update. Answer the phone or call back when message is left.
When our brand new trailer was damaged over the winter, the first thing you did was to suggest we do was buy a new one you had on the lot . . . oh by the way, it's only $10,000 more. We appreciated you were trying to solve the problem quickly . . . but it felt like you were just trying to upsell us and make money off the deal. And when we did find a trailer to purchase to replace the damaged one (using our refund on the first one toward the new one), we felt strongly that we should get the same discount we would have gotten at the end of the season, since that's when WE bought our trailer, but instead you only applied the beginning of the season discount. This seemed very unfair, since, while we thought we already owned a trailer, we missed all those months when we could have been shopping off season! We wanted a trailer, so we paid it, but we do not think it was fair. The one bright spot in all of our dealings with you was our salesperson, Heather Kowalczyk. She was so helpful and genuine, going above and beyond in so many ways-- had it not been for Heather, you'd have gotten a 1 on this question not a 5. I will recommend Heather to others, with a warning that if there are problems, the finance department is not very reasonable. You can make it right by giving us back the $4000 difference between the 2 discounts.

Product is great......seem to be somewhat short handed in service and response times.
Since our purchase of our RV we have used the Oakridge service center. Will Talmadge has always been helpful in scheduling our appointments and friendly and profesional.
Very professional staff. Everyone super knowledgeable and friendly. Unit i purchased was advertised with special internet price and they honored it no questions asked. No pressure for extras or add ons. Thoroughly explained and demonstrated every aspect of camper. A+ company all the way.
My husband and I were looking for a camper to meet the needs of our family which includes 2 boys and 3 Labs. We don't care for shopping around or listening to sales pitches. We chose Alpin Haus as it's a family owned, local business. We worked with Dave Bulmer and had a seamless experience. Dave is engaging and friendly. He is knowledgeable and was able to answer our questions. Happily, we found the perfect camper!

From buying my camper with Brian Miller it was awesome. I had a tree fall on it Scott from service was fantastic they got it done on the date they said but a couple of things that were not right awning lights not replace, outside speakers not working pin hole in my brand new awning they replace its been two weeks now and no Word from them I guess o ce they get paid your forgot about.
Everyone - from sales to service - is very helpful.
It is very difficult to get appointments. You should hire more technicians (I understand that right now it is very difficult to find reliable help).
Responsive and got my repair fixed on my RV. So far the forever warranty has worked well too.

When I scheduled my warranty forever appointment in April I stated to Dave that my hot water tank was only heating the water to a Luke warm and needed to have it fixed. When I got there he said he didn’t remember me telling him about the hot water problem. So now I have to make a trip for the diagonals and another trip for the repair! We live 250 miles round trip . He then proceeded to inform me to diagonis the hot water issue and and water fill valve because the valve does not fill the fresh water tank, and that it would be around 500.00 . Now that is about 750 miles . The tech told Dave that there was no power to the tank, which is not true . The water heats to a Luke warm only.these are the reasons that I would not recommend this place to anyone!
My service and a/c unit installation went very well. Even though there is an industry wide shortage of a/c units for rv’s, the service staff came through for me.
A lot of companies offer similar products and services, but their employees make all the difference.
The tasks that were suppose to be preformed were not.
Service department personnel are attentive, professional and thorough on providing the necessary service on my camper. I appreciate their diligence in resolving my issues in a timely manner.
Fast and friendly service
Its a very family friendly enviorment. No pressure sales which makes the whole process much more likeable and easy to make a decision. Josh in finance worked with me towards the end and mad ethe final transaction easy.
The service we had from all of your staff we dealt with were professional, courteous, helpful, and accommodating. From Charles, James, Morgan and John for our walk through. They all did a great job.

You sold me a camper with a tire that had a outside patch on it. Which I didn't know that the tire had a patch on it. The patch came off, by the time I got home it was flat. I call you about it and you said to use my tire and wheel coverage service which I purchase. You told me to take it to Warren tire center, that they will cover it.
So I took the tire to Warren tire center, and they said (why did they sell you this camper with that tire, that had a patch on it). The tire service center said the tire need to be replaced. So the tire was replaced. The bill was $134.93. My tire and wheel coverage policy company said they will only pay $117.62. They said they don't pay for taxes and the disposal of the tire. So I had to pay the difference, which was $17.31.
In the tire and wheel policy, it said they cover mounting, balancing, valve stem, and taxes.
So I will not be giving a very good recommendation. After all the money I spent there, you should of replace the tire for me with no hassel. Now I had to use $117.62 out of my policy which cover $10,000 for 5 years of service.
I should had not have to use my tire and wheel policy on this. You knew how to take advantage of first time RV buyer. Thank alot.
