I picked up my vehicle on Oct. 15th from your facility. It was at your facility for over 2 months awaiting parts to fix issues that were present at the time of delivery of the vehicle. Some of these issues remain unresolved. This has been blamed on the current pandemic. At that time I discussed with Dave some charges which were erroneously charged to my credit card. We went through the charges and he agreed that they should be refunded. Nearly a month later I am still waiting for these credits back to my credit card and in fact cannot even get a call back from Dave to determine the problem with getting my credit.
My RV still is not fixed to my satisfaction. This has been blamed on difficulty getting parts due to COVID-19. While I understand that repairs to my brand new RV may have been complicated due to the pandemic, I can see no reason that a pandemic would affect the ability of someone from your company to return my calls about this credit in a timely fashion.
This entire process has left me frustrated. I purchased this RV in March. It was not delivered
until May. It has spent more time at your facility than it has spent being used by me. When I dropped of the vehicle in August, I specified that I needed it in October for a 6 month planned trip. I did get the RV back a few days before the trip, but many issues remain.
Now I cannot even get your company to refund charges that were erroneously charged to my credit card. This is completely unacceptable.
Tried to charge me for checking to see if a power outlet was working on a new, $34,000 Cougar travel trailer. I told them that I was not going to pay it and it should be charged back too Keystone... Under warranty.
In the end, Mike in the service department was very nice and understood my point. They dismissed the invoice but said I'd they have to fix something that's broken, it's under warranty but if they check it and it's not broken, you have to pay for checking. Kind of ridiclous.

Repairs, parts, and maintenance for a Hymer.
My wife and I called the service department 10 times. Both left messages, to call us back. Never received a call back and didn't have our camper ready for pickup. The most important part of service is relationship with customer. It was handled very poorly. Very disappointed!!
Service department was very friendly and courteous
Purchased a trailer and we love it staff was very helpful friendly from sales to finance to prepping trailer all informative and friendly would always purchase from them again

My Wife and myself felt welcomed and comfortable the minute we walked in the door. Asar our salesperson was beyond professional. The first thing he did was sit us down and truly express interest in our needs and budget. After filling out some simple paperwork he proceeded to show us ONLY what he thought would work for us on the lot. The first one he showed us we knew was just what we were looking for. He still advised we look at other options prior to picking one. Made us feel like we could have used his time the rest of day if needed. Needless to say my Wife wanted the first one she saw and feel in love with. From the purchase to the delivery in my driveway this company as a whole could not have been more accommodating. The training course on how to operate this unit was extremely informative. I highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a RV visit their showroom prior to purchasing one elsewhere. Have a live person answer phones for service department. with knowledge of ongoing repairs. Whenever I call during your normal business hours the call is forwarded to voice mail. My experience recently (this season) no one is answering the phone in service department and the call center voice mail is the new way to communicate with Alpin Haus service department. Currently my truck camper has been at your facility for one month.
I understand the goal and purpose of the call center, however many RV's are a considerable investment and I think customers need more timely information. To date I like the quality of repairs that you have done for me over the years. I usually speak with Dave Behuniak he has been great, always fair, honest, personable and a pleasure to work with. I am not one to write these letters. You asked so I shared. Thank you.

Great customer service - A++++
Every time I call I never can reach anyone in service. I have left messages and no call back. I have to call the sales department to be transferred to someone, this is extremely aggravating.
See to it the service department returns phone calls and follows up better.
When I entered my camper after It was winterized the access door was not replaced and the screws to attach it were missing. I have your company do the work so I don’t have to but when things are not put back together I makes more work for me that I don’t have time for. The charge for your service is not cheap so I would expect a completed job.

No one calls back, I have complained about this several times before.
The warranty forever really works. I had my refrigerator work done that would have cost me $3,000. Warranty forever picked up the whole bill I paid nothing
Dave and the crew did an outstanding job. The only thing you can do to increase productivity and customer response time is to add one or two more printers in the service intake area.

Pricy labor rates, but excellent service. Matt was terrific repairing my intermittent furnace. It now works great. As i was traveling through and not local, i regret I cant use Alpin Haus for my regular maintenance.
I received a very prompt response to my voice mail message. Dave counsels me on what my unit will need. I received an email that same dsy with the contract to be signed.
The service personnel are always courteous and friendly. They address my concerns and are flexible to my hours. I have been doing business with Alpin Haus for 3 years now and am completely satisfied.
