Excellent service
I received a message from the Service Manager James who indicated that he would be canceling my scheduled RV warranty service. James had called last week to schedule the service but it was bad timing given that I had a detailing service scheduled that I had to get cancelled and work obligations. James was ok with me calling him back to schedule, which I was set to do later this week. James never indicated that the warranty work was at risk and never provided a timeline, but rather just called and left a message that he cancelled the service. This is highly unprofessional and disappointing for a place I have started to rely on for my RV work.
I’m hoping this can get resolved in a more professional manner.
The sole Service contact method that works is the Alpin Haus website Service form which elicited immediate response. Before finding that form, I had given up trying to reach the Service Department by phone after several days of failed attempts. I even became unsure if Alpin Haus's Service Department still existed after no telephone call was picked up and no telephone messages returned.
After my service request was transmitted online, discussed with Service staff during their call back, work was scheduled quickly and that Service experience was a 10.
We like Greg he is a great guy. He told us everything we wanted to known about the camper. He is always helpful every time we call him .Dorothy and Name removed
I left a message with service dept. Last week and still have not had my call returned. We purchased camper and got it home to realize it has a solar panel and we have questions on that. I will be calling again.
Justin and crew went out of their way to accommodate our RV purchase. We were unable to tow initially, so they delivered the RV to our house and even came back a second time to assist with a brake controller. I would definitely recommend Alpin Haus to others.

Service department in Oak Ridge always does a great job.
You could use some quality assurance checks on service. I had a damaged bumper when I purchased my unit. New one was ordered and I got a call to schedule replacement. Brought my unit there for the work and was told the bumper that came in was also damaged. Another visit was for a leak behind the awning - took it there and picked it up with a service slip that said it was fixed. Next camp trip I took it rained and sure enough the leak was still there ( I have a video ). Makes me feel that no one is even looking at the problems my unit was brought there for in the first place.
The selection is great and the staff are very knowledgeable on all their products and are always ready to help address any question you may have.
Some staff are very good about returning calls... but some are not.

Customer service.... I left three messages for the service department and never got a return call.
Also, had my trailer serviced there last year and found it unlocked and two screws missing from an area that they were working in. This year I checked after the work was completed and the trailer was locked and everything else seemed good.
Your parts guy tried to pressure me into buying things i didnt need and then told me it was against the law to tow my camper without buying overpriced things.
Alpin Haus handles my winterization and annual warranty check up each year. They make sure I will be all set for the next camping season. When an employee called me to remind me of my appointment I was camping and had a problem with the hot water heater. I asked her if she could talk to someone in the service department and get suggestions of what to do. This had happened before and I knew they said it was a simple fix. She called me back and also sent me a video. I was able to fix the problem and had hot water once again!! Thank goodness, as it was 34 degrees at night. She went above and beyond to help me and I greatly appreciate that!

The work on my RV was done quickly and done well. I was greeted by the representative and was made welcome. Great work!
Very professional and explained all the work clearly
From the very first e-mail to picking up my TT after warranty work, replace defective roof AC unit, every person I communicated with was very professional and courteous. My concerns were listened to and addressed and taken care of. I did not purchase my TT from Alpin Haus but I was treated like a long time customer. My warranty work was completed in a very timely manner and at minimal cost to me. I would not hesitate to recommend Alpin Haus.
