I was constantly having to call to verify when the work would be done, and on both occasions I dropped the RV off, when I went to pick it up it was not left outside. In both cases I was told it would be. This required me to return at a different time to pick it up. I like the RV, I have no issues with the salesforce, but the service department is very poor.
It is always very easy to call and get an appointment for service fairly quickly. We also had an issue with our awning while we were away at a campground. I called in and Scott from service helped us and also he got a tech on the phone to try to help us troubleshoot while we were away. This is great service. We will never go anywhere else and we tell everyone about our great service at Alpin Haus.

I had my Class A Motorhome at repair center for 2 recalls and a slide unit adjustment. I waited almost a month to get my unit in for these repairs. I dropped it off the night before the appointment date so it would be there first thing for the repairs. I stopped by after work to see what was done and if everything was ok. I was then told that they where behind but hoped to get it in the next day. I said fine but please call me and let me know what's up with the repairs and I was told I would get a call. This was a Tuesday I waited to Thursday no call so I went back to check only to find out no one had looked at my unit yet. I was told that they where still trying to catch up but they should be able to look at it tomorrow. I said fine but again I asked for someone to call me and let me know what they find and again was told someone would call. I waited until I got off from work at 2pm on Friday now and drove back to the repair center to find that someone was inside working on my unit. I went inside to ask what had been found and was told the 2 recalls were taken care of and they are working on the slide adjustment. I then ask if it would be done today and was told they were not sure. I said ok can I pick it up on Saturday and was told they don't work Saturdays. I ask for a call if it got done on Friday and was told they would call. No phone calls again I called Monday morning and got an answering machine and I left a message that I was coming after work to pick up my unit done or not. I got no call backs to ask me any questions why ? So when I showed up after work I got oh Mr Last name removed we where just going to call you your all done. No charge for the recalls but slide adjustment is $385.00 unless you a warranty you took out when you bought your motorhome from us then it only be a $100.00 deductible. I said you ask me that at the beginning of the week and said you check on it don't worry about it. So he charged my American Express card and said I won't process this until I check for your policy. I never heard another word on that exchange ether. I was not up set about the time it took for the repairs or the money for the repairs. All I asked for was someone to let me know what was going on ! You know Customer relations ! I even went back to your repair center on this past Monday 9/20/21 to ask about some repair work on rear axle that was leaking and was told you don't do those repairs. They told to take it to a Ford dealer because it's a F53 truck chassis. I asked for a suggestion and was told Healey Brothers in Goshen, New York. As I said before I have purchased 3 units from this location a pop up , Travel trailer and now a Class A motorhome. I even told my nice and she and her husband also purchased a Travel trailer here. I would like to have someone let me know what the final charge to my American Express card was for this service call. I may change my mind later on down the road but for now I can't recommend your place for any kind of service or purchase.

Courteous, friendly, no pressure salespeople. Great service regardless whether you bought your rv from them. Reasonable prices.

Friendly and responsive staff. Especially that guy Dave in the call center. He took the time to list and discuss all of my questions and concerns regarding the warranty forever. I actually ran into him at a campground and even off duty he gave me some tip for my next camping trip

Our sales rep from 2 yrs ago was great. The techs in the repair shop do a good job and are very helpful. However, it is very hard to get through to the service or parts desk on the phone. I left multiple messages on multiple days during a recent service visit. The voice mail message claims all messages will be returned at the end of the day. I never received any. I found that if I want to talk to someone I'm better off driving there in person. A few weeks ago I was interested in upgrading the battery in my travel trailer. After not receiving any call back from that request, I took my $800 worth of business elsewhere. The sales rep and repair techs get a 10, service desk a 0, hence my overall rating of 5.

Sold me an RV that was already leaking and it is costing me over $3000.00 to fix it. This was not a very old unit.

Dealing with Service items is very difficult snd very expensive. I feel like I’m promised the world when I bought the camper, but having it serviced and getting items covered under my warranty is a huge process
Friendly and professional service. Repairs are scheduled and start on time. Work is completed with no remaining issues. Happy to bring our RV there for services.

employees were attentive and responded to my issues. As a building contractor of 40 years i can recognize people who are happy in their work . It comes thru in the way they listen and how they respond. I am one of those customers that you would like to refer me to the waiting room. I had occasion to speak with several employees and every body was great. I do hope they have found the parts necessary to fix the slide out.
I'm hoping the new Oak Ridge facility is doing well and look forward to having services available there.

The mechanics took my concerns seriously. The salesmen are knowledgeable.
We love our Reflection 337RLS. We had looked at many other brands, Jeff our salesperson had the patience of a saint, and there was no pressure to close us. The people in the service department are great, and have always been helpful. John, the guy who does a lot of the work and our yearly maintenance inspection for the lifetime warranty is the best.
