I just had roof sealed and now on road in Florida with leaks. SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!
AH called telling me my camper was ready for pick up. I drove three hours to go pick it up . To find out after I go in to look to see if all items where completed and fixed nope not all items where completed and addressed Sone where . I was told they were what is frustrating I don’t live around the corner And unfortunately it’s not the first time I had problems with being told items were completed and they were not.
Again very disappointed in the way with the service you have a list and it was a long list of a lot of little things and all of it was not completed . You had two months to complete the job and we where waiting on one part which I’m assuming was the delay
But I don’t understand why all the other things were not done.

The Service staff were very friendly and accommodating. Knowledgeable in what I needed to fix my 2022 Avenger Trailer, the process and steps I needed to take, the time estimate, everything about what needed to happen. They made me feel at ease and confident in getting the trailer fixed.
There is a wide selection of RVs to choose from. The sales staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Sales and service departments are very helpful.

Ive been in the auto repair industry for a long time and everytime I've repaired a truck that was insurance claim the shop always handles the communication with the insurance company. I did not lime having to be the middle man between you guys and the insurance company. Any shop ive worked at or brought my vehicles to the shop has always dealt with the insurance company this was a big inconvenience for me. And also I feel i shouldn't have had to pay the bill in full before the work started. I understand a deposit for parts but I should not have had to be asked for the balance and my deductible before the unit was finished. You should change that policy. Your shop has possession of my $40k camper i wasn't gonna run away with the remaining balance of 9600.

We were charged 38 dollars to put a nail in lose molding. We called Grand design and they said it should be covered. Alphin Haus didnt call them to confirm what they told us. Grand Design said the nail in the molding was not even listed for repair? Also we had the furnace quit three weeks after purchase. After traveling 11500 miles with camper in over 90 degree heat we were told it was a mouse that caused the furnace to quit (8 months prior) we spent two months straight in camper never smelled a dead mouse!! Alphln Haus said a mouse caused the issue, thus it wasn’t covered. Some VI P treatment. Very dissatisfied.

I brought my 2019 cougar half ton travel trailer in for service because my heater wasn't working and I am currently living in it. I bought the camper from you.
When I got there I was told that there was a diagnostic fee of around $200. I wasn't happy about that but I needed my heat fixed so I agreed. The tech couldn't of spent more than 5 minutes with the camper and told me he couldn't diagnose it without pulling the entire heater out because there isn't an access panel. He then continued to say that it would be at least another hour and a half of labor just to get it out.
At that point I decided to leave with it after paying the initial $200.
When I got back to where I was staying I noticed that he broke the handle on my screen door.
So now I'm sitting here in a freezing cold camper and can't even close the two doors together properly

Clean neat with plenty of room. Only wish the lock on the chain had a longer neck because people tend to twist it making hard to unlock because of lack of wiggle room.

Recently I went to the service department to store my RV. TEREASA was ready for me with all my paperwork and stickers. I was in and out in 5 minutes. She was pleasant and efficient!
Outstanding customer care and service! Having experienced a major tire blowout on our fifth wheel we needed some repairs and a check of all wiring, propane lines and slide operation. Alpin Haus Amsterdam, our site of purchase, was able to get us in on the next business day to evaluate, performed repairs and had us safely back on the road. You just can’t get better than that!
